Beautiful house and serene neighbourhood,as described. It was clean and had everything listed. Additionally, host was very hospitable and responsive.

We needed a getaway to relax close but did not want to drive too far. The Poconos mountains is easy to drive to at about only 1.5 hours from the Lehigh Valley area was a good choice. Patrick’s place was an amazing setting with a beautiful lake view home made us right at home. The beds were comfortable and with three bedrooms to house six people. We also traveled with our small dog which really made us feel good and enjoyed our time not worrying about our pet back at home. The house is spotless I usually like to walk barefoot, My kids loved the hot tub and screened porch. I enjoyed the fire place it made the place feel so cozy. Although the weather was still a bit chilly there we did not get to use the porch as much but we did used the grill for cook out. There were plenty restaurants and to eat outside and towns nearby to explore. We will definitely return soon possibly in the summer to swim in the lake ! The hosts were easily accessible and very responsive.

This place was so nice, comfy and clean. My guest absolutely loved every part of the house and enjoyed the arcade room. It was my daughter’s 2nd birthday and this home was the perfect fit for us to relax and spend time together. Everything was exactly like the pictures and better! I felt right at home and the host were so accommodating and fast at responding. Will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful house with a great view of the lake. House was easy to get to and the check in process was very easy. The rooms and beds were all clean and the hot tub, fire pit and grill were very nice to have. Everything worked and I had no issues. Easy communication with the host and answered any questions or concerns I had. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a house on the lake

Baily’s place is a perfect little spot to unwind and feel like you are at home. From the moment you walk in it is charming and exactly as described. The fenced in yard out back was a huge hit with our furry traveler. Can’t wait to come back again!

Grand Ma's house was very welcoming and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. Loved the access to the East Branch of the Delaware right across the street. Great for Fly Fisherman. Far bank produced some nice Brown Trout. Only 5 minutes from Down Town Handcock.

Some amazing attention to detail and clearly talented eye for interior design make this one of the better stays around the lake wally area. Great location and lovely home. Would absolutely visit again.

Vanessa thought of some welcoming details that made us feel right at home (and our poochies too!). There was a side porch with dog bed and dog bowls in case you wanted to provide a space for them, farm fresh eggs in the refrig, fire starter and wood for fire pit outside, towels for the River as well as a backpack for hiking. We cooked a full dinner, so it's well stocked with what you need. The grill was great and we loved spending time outside at the fire pit. The living room was comfy for all! It's also a cool town and house is walking distance to brewery and restaurant. Highly recommend!

The cabin is located in a gated community so all staying guest must be accounted for. The place was clean and stocked with necessities, definitely can help out for a few days. The scenery and surrounding areas 10/10, peaceful and beautiful. We did notice a few flaws upon arrival and quickly pointed them out to the host!! Overall both the host and her husband were friendly, accommodating, and made sure my family stay was pleasant. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay! Can’t say enough nice things about this house— it was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group of 5 adults, 2 kids, and 2 furry friends. There was plenty of room to spread out, with bedrooms on all 3 levels. The game room was awesome and a huge hit with the kids, as was the air hockey table in the living area. The deck and yard were great and it is a quiet and peaceful community. The kids also loved the indoor pool at the Rec Center. We enjoyed walking along the beach/playground areas. The hosts were super helpful, and we really appreciated the information on the restaurants/shopping/activities in the area. Highly recommend this place!!

Silvio was a great host with a beautiful property. Was the excellent place to celebrate my birthday with friends and family. Silvio was very helpful and accommodating. Despite the snowy weather conditions it was an amazing time!

We stayed in the A-frame for 3 nights and had a blast! A standout for us was all of the supplies that came with the house. There were great coffee choices, bathtub supplies like bath bombs and epsom salt as well as records, books and games to use! The neighborhood is so nice and has a community that has amenities. Keep in mind that some do not open during the colder seasons. The house itself was so nice and cozy and clean!

Can't thank Martin & Linda enough for their hospitality. As a first timne AirBnb'r I felt like I asked a lot of questions because I wanted to do things right and Martin was always responsive to answer my questions and put me at ease. This private community is excellent with tons to do and has a great gym. Highly recommended.

We had the best vacation in a very long time! Catherine’s home was just as described. It was peaceful and there was plenty to do! The amenities were plentiful! Catherine answered any questions I had in a prompt and friendly manner. We would definitely like to come back!

Absolutely perfect place for 3 families with all small children …we had such a great time and hopefully be renting this place again next NYE!!

Every year, my friends and I take a fall trip to the Poconos. This is our second time here and I think this is the spot we will keep returning to! It is very spacious, has a lot of parking space, a firepit and a lot of land! It gives the perfect cabin vibe we go for on these relaxing and cozy trips. Definitely recommend!

We had a good time on the Beaver Kill. It's a beautiful location and a short drive to both the West and East Branch of the Delaware rivers. Unfortunately, the water levels were way down due to a lack of rain which made the fishing on the Beaver Kill challenging but we did catch a couple on it and the flows were normal on both the Delawares. Good time!

We had a very peaceful & cozy weekend at this place! The kitchen is well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook for 2 nights, there was even some firewood that we could use to get a small fire started. The surrounding area is very quiet and super calming, local supermarkets and farmers markets are approx. a 10-20 min drive away. Overall, I would really recommend staying at Kara's if you are looking for a quiet, off-the-grid place located at a beautiful lake. Only the drive up to the house was a bit sketchy, as the roads were not salted and quite icy – you definitely need a AWD vehicle and drive carefully!

I absolutely love Kevin and Amy’s place was hands-down. The best Airbnb I ever been to everything was so clean. And I felt right at home from the moment that I walked in. There was so many helpful things they weren’t even mentioned in the description. Like heaters outside by the hot tub. Different seasonings in the fridge in the cabinets. All of the dishwasher was very clean and there was an abundance of it. Me my girlfriend and my dog had a great time. We are even thinking about booking again soon this place is definitely recommended. We love it.

We enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful and quiet! The woodstove kept the cabin toasty! The Elk Mountain Ski resort is just a few miles down the road! There was plenty of towels, necessities to last us thru our stay! Was able to bring our doggie with us which was a plus as we stayed a little over a week. Thanks!

We had a fabulous 3 night stay over Easter. The cabin was well equipped with everything you could want for a stay and was very comfortable and cozy for our family. There is easy access to a lovely dock area where we enjoyed fishing ( some good catches!) and soaking in the peace and quiet. We also enjoyed the fire pit area and the front porch in the evenings. Exploring the surrounding area of Hawley and Lake W. was a short and convenient drive away. In April the weather was a little hit or miss, and we would definitely return in the warmer months for more lake fun. We would highly recommend Rob and Kathy's place!

Words do not do this place justice. My family and I were coming into town for a baby shower. I was tasked with making sure my elderly family members and also the soon to be 8 yr old with us would enjoy themselves. This house made that possible. The game room is located downstairs next to a bedroom with multiple twin beds and also a bedroom with a king bed. The elders were able to relax upstairs near the fireplace while he was able to play without causing a disruption. We were pleasantly surprised with snow which was the icing on the cake. We saw countless wildlife while we enjoyed the hot tub late at night. I highly recommend their home and I can’t wait to come back again.
