cute lil cabin with so much to offer . even with other guests staying at some of the other cabins it was quiet and everyone in passing was friendly. you can view the lake from your window! kayaks, and paddle boards accessible for guests to use, as well as ping pong , badminton and other recreational activities( you'll never be bored !) . walkable places to grab food. we stayed in cabin #8 ( this is adjoined to #7 ) had a tv and DVD player , basic kitchen stuff ( post , pans , plates utensils) if you prefer to cook. temperature was comfortable and we didn't need any additional fans ( ceiling fans in bedroom and living room ) Ethan was very responsive and straight forward with directions . would love to come back !

Booked this property for a quick weekend getaway. Cabin was clean, had everything we needed, and had a great view of the river. Walking distance to town. Would stay again, I'm sure it's even better in the summer with the river access.

If you looking for peaceful place when you can kayaking and fishing. having firepit and beautiful surroundings tis place is good. Hot water, kitchen and lakeview. Backyard with charcoal grill firepit and chairs and lake access. We had cabin#1, 3 bedrooms, which accommodate 6 of us. Great Labor Day weekend. Very friendly and helpful Host. thank you Ethan.

Nice stay at the cottage with direct lake view. The full kitchen, the bunk bed and everything are all well appointed, clean, and “fantastic” (according to my 6 years old). The communication from host was timely and thorough, making check-in and out super easy. Restaurant on site is also a great-to-have bonus.

The chalet is perfectly located in charming WLE, a quiet, family friendly community on the lake. Has all the amenities you’d need (paddle board, kayak, grill, cornhole, bonfire) for a fun-filled weekend. 15 minute walk from WLE’s marina. Our group of friends had a great time playing games, painting, and enjoying the spacious chalet. WiFi was fast and supported multiple calls at once, even extended onto the deck. Thank you, Carolyn, for being a responsive and kind host! Well stocked closets with towels, linens galore, and pantry. She even let us check in a little early for free :) Would recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil lake getaway.

Kasia was an excellent host and her house was beautiful! The view of the lake was absolutely stunning in winter, as it would be regardless of the season. The kitchen was well equipped, accommodating multiple cooks at once, and everything was spotless - we found we could even use a cup without rinsing because there wasn't even a speck of dust on anything! On top of all this, Kasia was friendly and always quick to respond, and even answered right away when we called with a question. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great weekend at the Boyds Mill barn. The house was extremely spacious, cozy, and well stocked with everything we could have possibly wanted. Most importantly, Amy was extremely responsive and ready to host us on a short notice. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a good weekend getaway with friends or family.

Group of five of us arriving at staggered times, Steve had everything ready for the earliest visitor to get there. The place was very clean, being right next to the river was wonderful. Steve answered all our questions and was a great host. Highly recommend.

This place was quite the experience. Very beautiful home. Very spacious , the pictures don’t do it justice. Me and my guests had such an amazing time, we loved the scenery, and all the great assets the home had to offer. Place was very clean. I’ll definitely will be coming back later this year. The hosts were amazing; very responsive. The home itself was very clean and had everything you could want, including board games for the family. Didn't get a chance to use the hot tub unfortunately, but they had it turned on and ready for our stay. This is a very nice home with great hosts!

We have stayed at many rentals in the Poconos and this was easily a favorite. The view alone is just amazing. We loved the beautiful lake views from nearly every room in the house. The deck and screened in porch were fantastic and we loved having access to the hot tub and kayaks, canoe, peddle boat. A family favorite was the arcade table with literally thousands of games! We had such a wonderful time and will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Poke A Nose Inn — the perfect getaway from the hustle of daily life. The Hideout offered plenty of fun activities, and the peaceful atmosphere made it extra special. We’d love to come back in the fall!
