Vacation rentals with a patio in Wayne County

We laughed about a getaway to Palmyra but enjoyed our quick trip to get away from home stress and obligations. Loved the cozy bed and the uniqueness of this old home. Would love to see it just a little cozier and some paint touch ups and minor things like that, but had everything we needed and clear instructions, et.

I can’t say enough good things about Margaret’s Airbnb! We were in town for a wedding, and Sodus Point is absolutely beautiful. Walking distance to the little town, it’s in a great location. Margaret was so friendly and kind, and we were so glad we had the opportunity to stay here. I would love to come back and stay again, everything was wonderful about our stay.

This studio was a great place for our stay. Robb and his wife are amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make our time comfortable. The apartment was clean, cosy, and filled with all the things needed for our stay. The neighbourhood itself is very walkable and the village shops are only a five minute walk down the road. We wished we could've stayed longer.

Our trip to Sally's place was great. We were two families of four doing a long weekend trip. The home was very clean and we had plenty of sleeping room with the 3 bedrooms upstairs and the addition of the basement area that had a great set up for the kids to sleep and hang out. The location of the home was close to great restaurants and the Marina. It is in a really nice neighborhood with other homes nearby, so you really have to mind your P's and Q's and prepare to be stared at by the neighbor on the right. That really wasn't a problem for us at all, but it was a little strange. Sally was a great host and was able to accomodate all our requests. She even was able to give us a couple extra hours on the end of the trip since no one was coming in after us. That made our clean up and packing SO much less stressful. Thank you Sally ! Sending... Our group thoroughly enjoyed this property! We were able to take a quick walk through the property and then had a hard time deciding between gathering in the kitchen or in front of the beautiful fireplace. The house has so much character and warmth and was also clean and cozy .

First off, we are a repeat customer which says a great deal. We love so many things about Emily’s cottage. I love the layout, the amenities and the location. The cottage is just as described. We utilized the whole house and we were very comfortable in all rooms. The beads were very comfortable. The green space in the back is a huge plus it there are kids staying at the cottage. The grill and fire pit were perfect. We parked our cars and never moved them for our entire 5 day stay. Everything is easy access, town, restaurants, beach, sunsets, sidewalks, views….. it really has it all. And, Emily is a wonderful host, quick and thorough in her responses. All in all, we are extremely happy with our stay and can’t wait to return!

The photos do not do this place justice - we snuck down for a long weekend with 3 teenagers, there was more than enough space for them to relax and do their thing - and also plenty to do for entertainment - ping pong/ air hockey/ darts... etc.! Place is spotless, views on water are perfect and unobstructed - this is a beautiful and quiet spot .... I wish we could have stayed longer and are planning to return without a doubt! If you are familiar with the area - this is less than a 1/2 mile walk to the town/ restaurants/ old lighthouse .... and less than 1/2 a mile to Kaitlynn Marine... maybe a mile to Tidesides. We were able to use the dock associated with the house for our boat - making it super easy! This was an ideal spot for a great weekend - so appreciate the attention to detail/ responsiveness .... and all of the above! thank you!

I held a quilt retreat and the space was beautiful and comfortable. Ben was very responsive and answered several questions for me before and during our stat. We had everything we needed and more!

Great, peaceful place to stay! Enjoyed the quiet area. Darlene was great to work with and always quick to respond when we needed something. It was a perfect place for our little family to stay while visiting relatives for Christmas.

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. It’s beautiful, luxurious, roomy and peaceful. The king size bed in the primary bedroom is to die for. I want the bed & the linens! Really beautiful! Emily allowed us to check in early after taking a redeye, which gave us time for a much needed nap. Thank you, Emily. Fantastic place!

Everything was great! The house, view and location were good! I would recommend it and definitely stay here again.
