what a gem, the house is super clean and the host is very helpful, she let us check in a bit early and she was very responsive. The house was stocked with all needs, perfect location 6 to 7 minute drive from every thing you need around you.

The location of this house was very close to downtown and very walkable. It was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Karen's in Detroit. We came for a quick getaway over spring break with my 3 littles (all 6 and under) and our stay was lovely. The house is SO cute and quite clean. I would know, as my children crawled all over everywhere and stayed clean :) I would happily recommend Karen's place to anyone staying in Detroit!

We loved Kelsey's place. Unlike some airbnb's, which are obvious remodels where no one has ever actually lived, this apartment was the real thing, cozy and liveable, with high ceilings, a real kitchen, and a full bathroom. The neighborhood is practically on Wayne State campus, so it has all the plusses and minuses of an active student population. Very convenient access to restaurants and culture. We would definitely stay here again. After we checked out, my wife discovered she had left her favorite coat behind. Kelsey went above and beyond to help us with that. Thank you, Kelsey!

Location was great! Quiet street but short walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Super clean and well stocked! Slight hiccup with the door code when checking in but hosts were super responsive and it was a total non-issue! Would stay again!

Had a wonderful stay here. They had a lovely garden with tons of space but also just a stone throws away from the city. Bree and Kevin were very friendly and helped with recommendations. Kevin greeted us on arrival and Bree checked in with us during our stay and in departure. The space was very unique, older home but clean and charming. We had more than enough room for the three of us (two adults and a teen). Thank you for having us and will keep this in mind next time we are visiting Detroit!

What a lovely, spacious, light filled apartment in a friendly neighborhood! A perfect place to come home to after a day of exploring Detroit & the surrounding areas. We loved how close it was to Belle Isle. Our kids appreciated the back garden (and so did we!) Raymond is a great host- friendly and responsive. I can recommend this spot to anyone who is coming to visit the great city of Detroit!

Ronald was very communicative during our stay. He kindly let us check in early and was responsive to our needs.

We had a great time. Big TV's for viewing. Close to everything. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. And the security was good.

Enjoyed my two-night stay. The townhouse is roomy and comfortable, with living space on the second and third levels, and a rooftop deck with views of downtown on the fourth level. Limited on-site parking was full when I arrived, but on-street parking right near the complex was easy to find. The location is a short walk to nearby eat and drink options in the Corktown neighborhood. Check-in was a breeze. Never met Alexis, but she was always quick on the draw regarding communication.

I think that Mark is a great host. He was able to help in a time of dire need. Very responsive with clear instructions would definitely recommend. Home nice and clean very nicely furnished felt just like home.

This was a fantastic place to stay as a jump-off point to explore Detroit. Some great restaurants and galleries within walking distance. Also, grocery stores near by. Downtown is just a short Uber ride away. The place was very clean, and the internet was lightning fast. Any small question and Alejandro would answer within a few minutes. A cute little place in a fun neighborhood. Would stay there again.

Perfect place for a girls weekend! So close to tons of great restaurants and professional sports complexes. Parking was only a tiny bit tricky because half the street was blocked off for construction and there were pistons games and/or concerts in the area both nights we were there so pickins were slim on our block, but lots of availability not too far away! The building is old and beautiful, the residents (and their dogs) were so friendly, and the area is really coming back to life! We would definitely stay here again—especially if we had tickets to a game!

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

The apartment was exactly as described. You will have to watch your head as majority of the ceilings are slanted due to the character of the home (I am 5’2 and my husband is 6ft). Very clean. I loved learning about the history of the house. There was a great information binder about the home restoration and restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed The Roost (coffee shop right around the corner). Bed was more comfortable than expected. Shower had good pressure and was hot. Roku Tv so you will have to sign into your accounts. We were able to walk downtown but it took some time. Overall great price for a place close to downtown
