There are fans and dehumidifiers - no A/C , but the area stays comfortably cool even through the summer. NO SMOKING, VAPING, ETC. in the house at any time!

This was a lovely home-base during a busy period of travel –– the apartment was quite spacious with comfortable furniture and easy check-in. I enjoyed the relative distance from more downtown areas –– no more than 10-15 min by car –– unbeatable at the listed price. I'd recommend this space to anyone passing through and looking for someplace to recharge outside the hustle and bustle of the city. A couple things to note: -the bathroom is *small* and awkwardly designed. I would not recommend this space for a larger/taller person –– I am 5'4 and petite in build and navigating the bathroom was still odd! -you're near a highway. I had no issue sleeping with noise cancelling headphones, but definitely bring them. -The steps are steep, especially the indoor staircase to your unit. Be aware before bringing a very heavy suitcase if you don't have help! If you're cool with these, as I was, then I definitely recommend this Airbnb for your Detroit visit.

Awesome stay. I booked the stay for 4 weeks initially but then extended for 2 additional weeks. The host was extremely accommodating. The property was accurately depicted in the photos. 10 mins from downtown. Very centrally located. I would absolutely stay there again.
