Vacation rentals with a patio in Wayne County

Amazing stay! Photos and description didn’t do this place justice! Cedric is very involved, reaches out through your stay to ensure you have everything you need, and if there’s anything you need or want, he’s willing to go out and get it himself and provide. Great host. Place was well lit at night so walking my dog was nice, I can see him well, and see our surroundings, without the lights intruding in while I slept. Provided spare dog bags and even a big scooper to make everything easier. Would definitely love to stay again!

My daughter and I wanted to see the Bob Ross museum. We had a great time. It was available for one night which you can't find all the time. There's is a nice park across the street. We were a 5 minute drive from restaurants and town. Bonus, there was sling TV and I was able to waych NCAA games.

We had nothing but a positive experience. Apartment was as described and we would not hesitate to stay again.

This is the second time staying here. We will stay again next year if it’s available. Works perfectly for our family.

This location was absolutely perfect for visiting my daughter at Miami University. The apartment was extremely clean and worked great for 4 moms. Be sure to reach out to the owner to get a complete list of available kitchen supplies if you want to cook in the apartment. We would for sure book here again in the future.

Comfortable and close to Ball State. Marina even left us a dozen eggs from her chickens — couldn’t have been a nicer stay!

This is such a great location to stay as a parent visiting your kids at Miami. It was very convenient, had its own parking and was right on the bus line. Towels and linens were sparkly, new and comfortable. Bedrooms were lovely and the couch was very comfortable. There was an odd smell emanating up from the basement, but when we kept the door closed, it was OK. The shower controls were quirky but once we figure them out, it was fine. The host was exceptionally nice to work with as we were there under difficult circumstances. They communicated well and were very accommodating about extending our stay one day at a time. I would highly recommend them.

We stayed in Jennifer’s house while visiting our son at Miami. It was the perfect home away from home. The inside was incredibly clean and cozy. There were also lots of extra touches that we appreciated - coffee, razors, cotton balls & Qtips, etc. The house backs up to a wooded hill, with a small fenced in area in the back. We’ll bring our dogs next time! The road it is located on is narrow and does not have sidewalks, so it’s not really walkable. However, it’s only a 2-3 minute drive to campus and uptown, so we didn’t mind at all. We would definitely book this house again when in Oxford!

Ashley’s home worked out great for our family’s 4-day trip to Muncie. The house and amenities were exactly as described and the home was super clean when we arrived. The WiFi and smart tvs worked great and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to make meals. The game room was a huge plus, and we had fun playing air hockey and foosball with our boys. The neighborhood is quiet, seemed very safe, and conveniently located. Would absolutely rent again.
