We are an easy walk to a grocery, medical care, a hardware store, restaurants, and churches. The Whitewater Gorge & Cardinal Greenway Trail is also within walking distance. We keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest home. This listing includes: two private bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, bath and living/dining room.

Supplied cooking appliances include a gas grill, air fryer, and instant pot. Mini fridge/freezer in cabin. Running water from spicket. New outdoor shower!Outdoor port-a potty .Also has area for fire, wood available to purchase. No linens or trash bags provided and trash must be carried out. No pets! The seasonal hot tub is up by the barn!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The rental includes the entire 1200 sq. ft. lower level of the cabin. The walk out patio puts you 8 ft. from the edge of the woods. There are deer, turkeys and the occasional peacock. The pond is stocked and you are welcome to fish. There are also goats that live on the premise. The living space has two bedrooms and a pull out couch. All the living space has been newly remodeled. You are free to enjoy the entire 20 acre property.
