House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.

Located in a hamlet preserved from the urbanization, in the middle of the fields, 5 minutes from the Lille University Hospital and Eurasanté Park, the house offers pedestrian access to Parc de la Deule and nearby Mosaic Gardens. To visit the city, a bus takes you to LIlle metro in just 15 minutes.
