Excellent place to stay. Location is perfect in a quiet environment few minutes away from small shops and supermarket. Walking distance of pretty much everything in front of the river with beautiful morning views. Check in was easy going and fantastic communication before and afterwards with Host. Highly recommended for families with kids and for people who wants to disconnect for a bit from crowed places.

Considering the language difference the communication was very good via AirBnb messages and Whats App. House was easy to find and it had a very homely feeling to it with plenty of space and a nice garden for some fresh air. Only 20 mins drive to centre of Brussels so was perfect for our break

The accommodation is in a good location, and was perfect for our family stay. The location is very peaceful, conducive to rest in a very well maintained country retreat. The beds are comfortable and the house is very well arranged. Serge is very friendly and attentive, he made himself available, always with a lot of attention. Our stay was perfect. We very much hope to be back one day. Thanks again 👍

A very nice place: large, spacious, bright. Everything is perfectly arranged, very clean and super functional. We felt right at home. Julie had set up sunbeds for us on the terrace, we were able to fully enjoy it given the superb weather for this weekend. Accommodation close to everything but quiet.

We are honored to have been Philippe and Ann's first guests. Exceptional hosts... friendly... responsive and very very welcoming. they kept waiting for us in order to welcome us personally. Their house is as described on their listing. For me it was a thousand times better in real life than in the photos. The rooms were beautiful, the bedding very very comfortable, very clean and well-equipped house... Philippe and Ann provided a small manual with the right places and tips in the area. And the outside... it's just woow. an extra pool would have made this house ultra exceptional. A real favorite. i would come back and would recommend this listing without hesitation. Our weekend at Fred and Henri's was PERFECT! Their house exceeded our expectations, it is a peaceful and ideal place to rest! Perfectly equipped and clean, we were right at home! A fairytale beautiful house that deserves the name "mansion". Located a little higher so you have a nice view. Cozy, luxurious decor with all the necessities. Large jacuzzi that is 37 degrees hot so even at the end of October good to use. Bedrooms with good beds and own bathroom and toilet. There is also a spacious bbq cabin . Not to mention: the area is very beautiful and quiet. Ideal for hikers. A top stay! We'll be back.

The house, garden, swimming pool, games for children, interior furnishings, walks through the surrounding forests, visits to cities such as Bruges or Ghent, made our vacation wonderful. And Julien was quick to respond to any questions.

We had a great week with our family in the beautiful property of Priscilla and Arnaud. Truly a little paradise with beautiful nature, swimming pool, tennis court and lots of space for the kids to run and play. The house is very well laid out, the terrace a great place to sit and eat/read/talk, and the games rooms and cinema room are nice bonuses. The friendly and helpful support of Sylvain during our stay was much appreciated. All in all highly recommended.

We were with 6 adults, a child and a dog in Anthony's villa. As described, it is a great equipped property with some additional amenities, such as the built-in coffee machine, which leaves nothing to be desired, or the refrigerator that supplies the ice cubes for the drinks. The absolute highlight is the pool, whose water temperature also allows morning swimming. Anthony and Bea are very helpful, easily accessible hosts and kindly allowed us a late checkout. So we were also able to take it easy on the last day of vacation. Waterloo (10 min drive) and Brussels (40 min drive) are worth seeing in the area. All in all we had a very nice time in Anthony and Bea's villa. I appreciate it. Thanks!

We spent a weekend away with our full football team and this house was perfect! Spacious enough for everyone, with plenty of privacy – you hardly heard each other, even though we were many. The interior is beautiful and well cared for, and there was plenty to entertain us. Everyone was enthusiastic and enjoyed. Highly recommended for large groups!

Nicolas is an excellent host The house is beautiful and spacious and with all the extras mentioned and more - pool, trampoline, garden games and games in the house. It was simply a pleasure for an amazing landing in Belgium. There is no problem getting along around the property also on foot and by public transport if not in a hurry

A wonderful place! so spacious, great surroundings, beautiful house. This place is HUGE! very good for children, although we had to keep an eye on our 1 year old all the time. The deco is very modern and chic. It has 3 showers and 4 toilets which is very useful. A well equipped kitchen. Only issue was that our GPS got us to the nearby house so be sure to get the exact location by a map or validate it with Armelle before your arrival. Armelle was a fantastic host.
