Considering the language difference the communication was very good via AirBnb messages and Whats App. House was easy to find and it had a very homely feeling to it with plenty of space and a nice garden for some fresh air. Only 20 mins drive to centre of Brussels so was perfect for our break

The location is very favorable for a visit to Brussels and the surroundings. Nothing to say, I would highly recommend this house, which deserves the rating given by previous guests. The accommodation is in a good location, and was perfect for our family stay. The location is very peaceful, conducive to rest in a very well maintained country retreat. The beds are comfortable and the house is very well arranged. Serge is very friendly and attentive, he made himself available, always with a lot of attention. Our stay was perfect. Noémie's house is warm, especially after long walks in Brussels, warming up by a good fire was a luxury! It is a haven of peace 10 minutes from the metro to reach the city center! The house is impeccable. Recommended ++++

The place was perfect for us. The living room and kitchen are large and suitable for groups. Jérôme was very nice and very easy to reach. Unfortunately, we forgot the key at Airbnb, Jérôme took care of it very quickly and informed us very well. We were all very comfortable in the accommodation.

We are honored to have been Philippe and Ann's first guests. Exceptional hosts... friendly... responsive and very very welcoming. they kept waiting for us in order to welcome us personally. Their house is as described on their listing. For me it was a thousand times better in real life than in the photos. The rooms were beautiful, the bedding very very comfortable, very clean and well-equipped house... Philippe and Ann provided a small manual with the right places and tips in the area. And the outside... it's just woow. an extra pool would have made this house ultra exceptional. A real favorite. i would come back and would recommend this listing without hesitation. The house, garden, swimming pool, games for children, interior furnishings, walks through the surrounding forests, visits to cities such as Bruges or Ghent, made our vacation wonderful. And Julien was quick to respond to any questions.

We had a great week with our family in the beautiful property of Priscilla and Arnaud. Truly a little paradise with beautiful nature, swimming pool, tennis court and lots of space for the kids to run and play. The house is very well laid out, the terrace a great place to sit and eat/read/talk, and the games rooms and cinema room are nice bonuses. The friendly and helpful support of Sylvain during our stay was much appreciated. All in all highly recommended.

We were with 6 adults, a child and a dog in Anthony's villa. As described, it is a great equipped property with some additional amenities, such as the built-in coffee machine, which leaves nothing to be desired, or the refrigerator that supplies the ice cubes for the drinks. The absolute highlight is the pool, whose water temperature also allows morning swimming. Anthony and Bea are very helpful, easily accessible hosts and kindly allowed us a late checkout. So we were also able to take it easy on the last day of vacation. Waterloo (10 min drive) and Brussels (40 min drive) are worth seeing in the area. All in all we had a very nice time in Anthony and Bea's villa. I appreciate it. Thanks!

Very pleasant stay, very nice house from a friendly host. Top facilities such as barbeque, pool, ping pong table and outdoor bar!

We spent a weekend away with our full football team and this house was perfect! Spacious enough for everyone, with plenty of privacy – you hardly heard each other, even though we were many. The interior is beautiful and well cared for, and there was plenty to entertain us. Everyone was enthusiastic and enjoyed. Highly recommended for large groups!

The house is lovely & neighborhood was quiet. It has all the necessary amenities in the house. Caroline was super responsive & accomodating. The outdoor space need a freshen up but it was winter for us so it didnt bother us. But I am sure she will handle that for summer stays. The outdoor space is so lovely for summer with all the seating areas & pool. The house is lovely with kids there is a little swing & play area. A tree house. The only struggle was the missing garage key as we had to run to get the door open from inside to open the automatic door as the remote was missing. But it was not their fault previous tenant took it. We will go back to this house & recommend it.

Fantastic location. We were with a large group of colleagues enjoying this prime location. Very clean, convenient kitchen, good beds. Everything was provided. Also handy that bakery and colruyt are close by. We are likely to book this location again in the future!

Place is amazing, rooms are decent sizes all with ensuites. kitchen is huge, great social space. can confirm the pool was freezing when not heated 😂😂😂

Nicolas is an excellent host The house is beautiful and spacious and with all the extras mentioned and more - pool, trampoline, garden games and games in the house. It was simply a pleasure for an amazing landing in Belgium. There is no problem getting along around the property also on foot and by public transport if not in a hurry
