Our home sits in the heart of the historic Waterbury village. It is a Victorian, full of historical charm and warm light. There is off-street parking and a side porch in which to enjoy a cup of coffee. It is in easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, small shops, a grocery store, and pharmacy. We live right off of interstate 89, exit 10, the crossroads between Sugarbush Valley, Stowe, Montpelier, and Burlington. Outdoor entertainment is accessible in all these areas.

The apartment is centrally located - 5 minutes from Ben & Jerry's and Waterbury Village; 20 minutes from Stowe with great biking and hiking and 30 minutes from Burlington and Lake Champlain. Although the apartment does not have air conditioning, it stays a cool 65 degrees on most days - you may even want to turn on the heat early on a summer morning! We require a minimum of a three-night stay.
