Apartment vacation rentals in Washington

Ryam is a very responsive host. The apartment was as described and he was very flexible with the check-in which helped us greatly. The apartment was close to the downtown and all of the Frederick amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to all.

Becky was wonderful from start to finish awesome little place to stay very clean and the area was beautiful thank you Becky for everything I will definitely be back!

Fun weekend trip! I was in Staunton for a show at the American Shakespeare Center and stayed an extra day to explore the area. It just happened to be opening weekend for the farmer's market as well as the start of the outdoor shopping/dining season on Beverley Street. Martha's place is the perfect central location for exploring this very walkable town - I enjoyed seeing the Woodrow Wilson Museum (and garden in the back with lots of spring flowers blooming), Mary Baldwin campus, Trinity Church, etc. Martha's apartment is so comfy and clean, and has all the amenities. The bed is amazingly comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the living room couch/tv setup is nice for relaxing with a show or movie in the evening. There are so many little touches throughout the apartment that let you know that Martha has thought of everything to make her guests feel at home. I can't say enough about this charming place and wonderful host!

Adam’s place was the perfect launching point for our family’s first trip to DC. It’s in an adorable location (the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful) with lots of dining and grocery stores within a couple minute walking distance. Most touristy historic sites are a short Uber drive away. The actual space we lived in had everything our family of four needed for a comfortable weeklong stay. We had such a wonderful time. Adam was very responsive anytime we reached out and such a gracious host. Stay here for your trip to DC! You will love it!

carrie's place is very inviting and clean, also peaceful, you will hear the dog occasionally but didn't bother us, bed is comfy , bathroom is big, loved the hot hair fan. it has everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our five night stay with Renee. Our apartment was perfect for us (with our dog) and is decorated beautifully. Renee was very attentive and so personable! We had everything that we needed. The property was lovely and so peaceful. The Airbnb is only 6 miles from the town of Marshall and the 6 mile drive is quite scenic. The location was centrally located for easy access to restaurants, state parks, vineyards etc. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked another stay.

Jayne’s place is charming, comfortable and beautifully decorated. From the time we entered we felt right at home. The extra touches that she provided, snacks, water bottles, restaurant recommendations, were greatly appreciated. Jayne responded quickly to our request to rent, and communication was great throughout our stay. Jayne’s directions to enter the apartment were easy to follow. We had access to the deck and a beautiful patio in a quiet wooded setting. We would love to call this our home way from home when we visit family in Harrisonburg.

I had a great stay at Jen's place in Frederick, MD. The check-in instructions were simple and clear, making everything super easy from the start. The unit is well equipped with everything you might need—even umbrellas for those soggy days, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is perfect—within walking distance to tons of shops, cafés, and restaurants, and just a short drive to beautiful trails and state parks for a great nature escape. Jen was very responsive and accommodating with any and all requests. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was our second time renting from Pamela and we were impressed as always! The unit is beautiful and full of charming historical touches that are absolutely delightful, and Pamela is an outstanding, friendly, and responsive host. We'd recommend it for anyone visiting downtown Frederick who wants a walkable location and a wonderfully maintained historical stay.

Britney‘s place was perfect for the few days that we visited Fredericksburg. Great location within walking distance to downtown . beds were comfortable. Bathroom very clean, felt comfortable relaxing in the living space. did not use the kitchen for any meal preps, but it appeared There were all of the essentials needed to do so. The host was very responsive and gave great recommendations and we very much enjoyed our time there.

Great place to stay for a few nights near dc! Host was responsive and helpful whenever I needed to reach out. Airbnb is in a great area with plenty of food options nearby

I cannot get over what a treat it was to be staying in the center of Georgetown! My niece and her friends were all able to meet me with ease for dinner and ice cream and we had such a lovely time. Holly and Nash were extremely nice and very responsive! They even held my luggage for me while I had breakfast prior to my flight out of Reagan. This will be my go-to place whenever I come to Georgetown! Thank you Holly and Nash for providing such an inviting apartment for my stay.

Quiet. Clean. Beautiful sky lights for natural light. Easy check in. Full kitchen. Would definately recommend.

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

Jennifer’s place was amazing! A fully private guest house with tons of space and well stocked. Beautiful location and we were excited to use the hot tub. Would definitely stay again when visiting Shenandoah.

A friend & I stayed to cycle & hike Harper's Ferry & the Shepardstown area of the C&O. The placed checked all our important boxes..very clean, nice shower with hot water, very comfortable beds & furniture, very quiet, strong wifi. Download Google maps directions to get there as you might loose your cell connection. Same if you travel the area..download while on wifi at the house. When I saw the vintage GE electric stove with push button controls I though...wow will this thing work! Yes it works great! It heated up my hot water for tea & oatmeal faster than any modern stove! We had a great stay and will definitely stay again.

Katie took good care of us from the moment we stepped foot in the Airbnb. She made sure everything was up to par, always offering to help with anything we needed. When she found out we were in town for a funeral, her and her husband gave us a handwritten card sending their condolences. The hot tub was absolutely perfect!!! She had it ready for us when we got there. The house was so clean and had everything we needed, a fridge and even coffee, sugar, and creamer, and water bottles!!! The water pressure was great. The scenery was beautiful. I wish we had another week to stay and relax. The beds were comfy and the place was cozy and quaint. If I am in the area again we will definitely stay here. Thank you Katie soooo much!!! God bless you all!! You made this hard trip so much easier for us. We will never forget it.

This place was perfect for our girls trip to DC. It was a quick walk to the Metro station. Check in was a breeze and all communication from the host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again.
