Townhome vacation rentals in Washington County

Great vacation spot with plenty of room laid out nicely over two floors. We had each toddler/baby on separate ends of the house to keep them from waking each other up. Kids room was great and the toys were appreciated. Everyone loved the pool, dad made good use of the fitness center to escape the heat. Everything was modern, clean, and impeccably organized.

We loved our stay there. The host was great! View was great! One minor issue: the flush was not working in one of the bathrooms from the start, but we were in a rush to reach out to the host to get it fixed and the other bathrooms were enough for us. Overall, good experience.

Great stay. Beautiful and clean home in a peaceful location. Easy to drive to town for food, coffee, and shopping. Comfortable beds and great balcony to socialize by the fire pit or hot tub while watching the sunset. We loved our stay.

It was a great experience and they were very accommodating to my extensions. Very responsive and friendly hosts and the townhome was very nice.

Everything felt very thoughtfully arranged to meet guests’ needs—from the well-equipped kitchen and grill to the high chair provided for our baby. The place was clean, relaxing, and just as described in the listing. The host was responsive and made the check-in process very easy. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for both unwinding and exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay! The space was clean and well-maintained, which made it feel like home. We especially loved the close proximity to the community pools—they provided hours of fun and relaxation. The location is beautiful and peaceful, just a short drive to Snow Canyon and conveniently close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We loved every minute of our stay & even opted to skip one of our planned evening hikes to just stay in and relax outside in the pool. It’s a beautiful home in a very impressive neighborhood that’s nestled into a quiet valley just off the highway-so we were able to have peace and quiet but get to necessities in just a short drive. The place is exactly as pictured, except bigger than I’d anticipated! The views from every window are phenomenal, we ate every meal outside to soak them in. It’s a perfect “in the middle” location that we could get to Zion quickly, but also St George & Snow Canyon/Sand Hollow were close as well! We haven’t been home 24hrs yet and I’m already yearning to come back! We hope to stay again in the future! Can’t say enough great things about this home!!

My family and I had the opportunity to spend our vacation in Washington, Utah to visit the national parks, and we were really happy to spend our time over there in this house, the house is very nice, and has enough space for all of the family, we loved being just a few steps away from the swimming pool, we recommend it if you’re looking to go visit the national parks!! We had such a great time at the house and will absolutely love to go back another time!

Our stay was everything we anticipated it to be. The check-in and check-out were seamless and easy. The home is well taken care of, clean, inviting and we were comfortable there. The pool and hot tub were a very short walk away which separated us from some of that activity but also close enough that it wasn't an inconvenience to go and enjoy those amenities. The neighborhood seemed clean and trouble free also and I'd absolutely stay there again.

This condo was perfect for our family trip to southern Utah! It was a great base for all of our adventures. The beds and furniture were comfortable and we felt right at home. The private patio was nice and we spent a lot of time out there! The pool across the street was never busy when we used it and felt great on the hot days! We would definitely come back!

Karl's place is beautiful! The hilltop location allows for privacy as well as amazing views. The townhouse is exceptionally clean and the decor is modern and very nice. Karl is very helpful and responsive before, during, and after our stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and organized, as were the bathrooms. The two decks were perfect and we enjoyed the jacuzzi one evening. We were in town to watch our son compete in the St. George Ironman - Karl was aware of this and left cookies and other treats for him - which very thoughtful. The location in St. George is great, with easy accessibility to town, shopping, restaurants and hiking areas. If we make it back to St. George we will definitely stay at Karl's place again.

Great place to stay in St. George. Plenty of room for a family of six to sleep, eat and make memories. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Scott’s place is larger than it looks in the photos. My wife and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and were almost shocked when we walked in the door at how spacious it is for two people. It’s also very quiet and peaceful in the complex which pleasantly surprised us. We took full advantage of the amenities: soaked in the pool hot tub and used the fitness center. Fantastic little spot. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Our kids loved having their own space, and the pool and lazy river were amazing. We’d stay longer next time!

The community was very nice and the view was pretty incredible. The house was just like the photos and very modern. We will definitely come back and visit. I would highly recommend!

Great private and quiet place, near to St. George and Zion. Very spaciois and comfortable for hanging out.

We had a great time! There were 8 of us total (2 families with 2 teens each). There were plenty of beds and bedrooms. The 2 masters were awesome. The space itself was perfect for all of us. We loved sitting out on the patio or balcony and having a gate to the basketball/pickleball courts was convenient. We were also just a short walk down from the community pool and went there daily. The pool was awesome and kids and adults loved it. It was also nice to have a private hot tub which was very clean. We felt that Hurricane itself was a good central point to go into Zion but also to go to Bryce Canyon as well as other hiking trails and parks in the area. Overall we would 10/10 recommend and would stay here again!
