Comfortable home in a great location! Being about to walk to restaurants, the downtown square and Dickson make this location very convenient. It felt like home. We had a large group and there were plenty of places to visit, play games, play darts and corn hole. The guys thought the TV was amazing! It was perfect: clean, up-to-date, great location. The hosts have thought of everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

Beautiful Central Fayetteville Townhome w/ Views!

CarolRating, 5 stars6 months ago
This is a lovely large half of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood close to the university. It worked out especially well for us -- four adults and two children -- because we have family who live around the corner. The grandparents stayed upstairs in a spacious suite and the parents and kids had two bedrooms and two baths downstairs. It is very well-equipped and very comfortable. We had to put a lot of breakable beautiful things away in closets because we arrived with toddlers, but except for that, it was perfect with kids. There were even toys for them, which our grandkids really enjoyed and their mom appreciated. Bathtub also a plus with kids. The host is very responsive and happy to answer any questions. We hope to stay there again if we have another family gathering. We love Fayetteville -- both easy to get around and fun. The downtown square was magically lit for the holidays!

Charming Springdale Townhome ~ 5 Mi to Dtwn!

RaymondRating, 5 stars6 months ago
The place was very clean with plenty of amenities. A couple of minor and very forgivable flaws. Plenty of space. Only discomfort was that guests beyond what the rooms can handle still needed to shower in one of the rooms, reducing privacy. Not a deal-breaker though considering 2 1/2 baths is quite convenient.
A rustic wooden console table is supported by the front wheel of a vintage bicycle, positioned against a light gray wall. Above, a framed artwork displays a historic building, while decorative items, including a red and white checked plate and framed photos, are arranged on the table.

Hog Zone at Blackstone

AlexRating, 5 stars14 months ago
Glenn & Ginny's place in Fayetteville was just what our small group sought, and we would most definitely stay again! The unit matched precisely with the description and photos, with no surprises. Everything was clean, new, and in perfect working order. It had a nice layout, with three bedrooms upstairs, one with an en suite. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed to cook meals. Plenty of restaurant options were a short car ride away. The full access to the garage was a big plus. For those who may be light sleepers, the freeway nearby made traffic noise noticeable at times. That said, the heating/cooling in the unit worked great—there was no need to have the windows open if you didn't want them.

Centrally located in NWA; Walk to Wrights BBQ!

ShannaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This air bnb offered a lot of things most don’t. There was a closet full of anything you’d need. I needed a lint roller so bad, opened the closet, boom! Lint roller! There was lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and numerous other things!! Located right by Wrights BBQ! And pretty close to everything. About a 10 minute drive to the square and the campus! Only downfall (which wasn’t a big deal to me, but there were no tvs in the bedrooms and the living room tv was small.
A modern living area features a gray sectional sofa, positioned across from a large flat-screen television. The open-concept space includes a kitchen area with white cabinets and stainless steel appliances, illuminated by pendant lighting. Light-colored walls enhance the bright atmosphere.

Tipton Townhouse - 1.5 mi to DT and UofA

KennaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The Tipton Townhouse was even better than we expected! It’s more spacious than it looks in the photos and is very well stocked, including snacks and a bottle of wine! You truly don’t need to bring anything besides your clothes and personal items. We stayed two nights for freshman orientation and would love to stay again for game days and other visits to town. The townhouse is in a convenient location. We walked to Wood Stone Craft pizza which was excellent and enjoyed Swoon Juice Bar as well. Campus isn’t far and there is a Walmart just down the street. The two car garage was so helpful during the tornados on Monday night…kept our cars safe while we stayed safe in the bottom level bedroom. Keep in mind that the closest shower to the lower level bedroom is up two flights of stairs, but as long as that isn’t an issue for your family this is a great place to stay! Management company was also great to work with and let us check out a little later. Thanks for a great stay!

Modern in Midtown U of A Design District

AlexaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The place was nice and well stocked. The check in was a little later than most and check out is earlier than most. The only other issue is the living room isn’t very comfortable for a group to sit or watch TV. But the upstairs bedrooms had TVs and were comfortable.

KyleneRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The place is very nice for a small family~ the toys, the bed and the nightlights were exactly what my daughter needed for this trip and the kitchen was very easy to use. The bathroom had lotion which was perfect because we’re not use to dry air and the shower got hot pretty quick. Also the heater definitely makes the home comfortable~ they even already had the Netflix accounts and streams set up so we don’t have to worry about putting our information in. I appreciate this home~
