Beaver Lake Escape - Amazing Views & Fun!

PaulaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
The house was spotlessly clean, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. The screened-in porch was my favorite spot, had a large table and chairs that we ate at with a lovely view of the lake. The lake was also visible from the kitchen and dining room. The TV was an amazing 96” that was crystal clear, I didn’t even need my glasses to watch it! The master bedroom was huge, private and very comfortable to just lounge in when it rained. The owners provided so many games to occupy kids of all ages: vintage arcade games, air hockey, game table in the garage and a basketball shooting game. There were kayaks available that you could take right to the dock but unfortunately because of several storms when we were there, the lake was just not suitable to swim or kayak. We had a couple very minor issues that we contacted the owners about and they responded immediately. I would highly recommend this home because of the proximity to Beaver lake, the amenities, the cleanliness and the caring owners.
An aerial view captures the serene landscape surrounding the Ozark Sun Escape. The home is indicated with a blue arrow, and the community lake access is marked with a red arrow, showcasing lush greenery and calm waters in the background.

Ozark Sun Escape: Rustic Retreat with Lake Access

We came into town for the annual War Eagle 10k and to enjoy all the MNT biking trails! This house was a great place to back to and rest up after a long day of fun activities! Clean, lots of space, very homey, and was even able to paddle board in the lake! Callissa was the perfect host! Friendly and attentive! Would highly recommend!

Hickory - Beaver Lake Waterfront

We took a last-minute trip with my family and had a fantastic time at this lake house! The location was easy to find, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked, making meal prep a breeze, and the beds and bathrooms were spotless and comfortable. One of the highlights was the amazing back patio and deck—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The short walk down the hill led to a beautiful dock where we spent time fishing and even caught some crappie. Overall, this was a wonderful getaway for our family, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Water's Edge Brown - SwimSpa & Lakefront

This place is amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation for the family! The pictures and description don’t do it justice! There is even more to do here than what is described! Be sure to ask Jen and Drew about the boat ride, cliff jumping, rope swing into lake, kayaks, paddle boards, peddle boat and hiking trails! Jen and Drew are awesome! They definitely made the trip better! We wouldn’t have known about all the hidden gems this place offers without their guidance!

Water's Edge White - Lakefront & Hot tub

The home is as described on the listing and very nicely updated. We were allowed early check in and quickly found the location was a bit too remote and inconvenient for our plans in NWA. The owners worked with us on providing a refund and were kind and very accommodating! If you want something more private and secluded-this is the spot for you!

Water's Edge Retreat II

JeffRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Our stay was fantastic. We rented the houses to attend a UofA graduation and didn’t want to put our group in a hotel. Properties were as described and were great for hosting a family dinner. Drive is about a 20-25 minute trip to campus but well worth the trade off for the amenities of the property. Hosts responded to a question we had quickly and were available if needed. Would absolutely stay there again.
