Close to everything in Northwest Arkansas, right off I-49 for great access, yet very secluded in a quiet neighborhood with a private dock on Lake Elmdale. 3 bedrooms and 1 pull out couch. Pet friendly! Fenced in backyard. Dock access is steep. This is not a swimming lake. Lake level can fluctuate and be stained after rains. Algae or moss may be present in spring or summer, but it is a beautiful lake full of wildlife. Huge patio overlooking the lake.

Bring the whole family to this 3600 sq ft home with lots of room for fun. There are large TV's in the living room and loft area for everyone enjoyment pleasure. The bonus room has a ping pong table and the back yard is large enough for some family fun and a BBQ grill is on the patio.
