Vacation rentals with lake access in Washburn County

Overall this place is wonderful! Would highly recommend! The location is great. Furnishing and decor is exactly as advertised. Plenty of parking. We had a group of 12 adults and we all had plenty of space. Owners really put a lot of thought into all your needs such as toiletries, towels, hairdryers, etc. This would be great for families, couples or friends looking for a beautiful getaway! Only negatives (and truly not big ones), microwave had food left in it and was not cleaned, the guide or instruction manual needs updating as there were some things that didn’t pertain (lighting) and also some things we didn’t understand and if I have one suggestion it would be to label drawers and cabinets in the kitchen as we found it hard to find some items. Honestly though, if you take away anything, take away that this place is great! Awesome property!

Eric meet us when we arrived and gave us a review of his property. We had 5 vehicles with our UTV trailers and there was plenty of room. The home was spotless and we found it easy to find everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of towels with very clean bathrooms. The gas grill does need some attention. We ended up getting some charcoal and grilling on the 2 other grills instead. There was 6 couples and we all said we would want to come back here again!! Thanks for your hospitality.

The home is absolutely beautiful and the view is breathtaking! It is as the perfect place for a birthday get together and for Easter dinner with our family. We discovered our new favorite restaurant Strongman BBQ!! It was super close and the food was amazing! We will definitely book this house again!

The host was super easy to communicate with. Very flexible when it came to check in and check out times. House had a gorgeous view of the lake. very peaceful, quiet and an overall enjoyable time.

The place was so easy to use and we loved all the little extras. Our kids had a blast with all the toys and games. Thank you for going the extra mile to have heaters set up in the garage so we could wax our skis before the race. So thoughtful! Great communication throughout our stay. Wonderful stay! Only the 2 of us, but I am sure the rest of the family would have lived the guest suite.

This was our second stay at Sharon’s cabin & we will definitely be back in the future! We forgot a baby blanket on our last trip, Sharon had it waiting on the table for us when we checked in. We had everything we needed & enjoyed our stay. Sharon is a wonderful host!

I loved staying at the Sunroom. I was there for two night while I attended a class in Hayward. Janie’s place was out of town, in the woods, in a really beautiful area! The Sunroom itself was very charming and lovely. I’d definitely stay again. Also - I was a solo female traveler and sometimes I get a little anxious in that role but I really truly felt so safe at Janie’s place. I really appreciated that. :) Thanks you!

I loved The Perch! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the consideration of not using scented laundry soap and fabric softeners and other scented things! It was so nice to have everything fresh and clean and not smelling like what somebody else thinks is “nice”. Janie was responsive and when I needed help with anything. The place is so cozy and inviting. I hope I have a reason to stay again some time!

Beautiful place for a weekend getaway! We loved the fire pit, hammock and having such easy access to the water. Everything was very clean and exactly as described in the listing.

We are building our own cabin about 9 minutes from this location. We had several family members and friends coming to help work on our site and we needed a 'homebase". The accommodations were exactly what we needed. I was able to cook for the crew and quilt at the big dining room table while the crew was gone. I was lucky enough to meet Lynn and she was so friendly and helpful. This will be our stay when we need to be up working on our cabin until it's done being built. Location was a quick drive to Hayward and very easy to find even at night!

We loved staying at Aimee and Thomas's cabin on the lake. It was a perfect spot to be at while attending a wedding in Minong. It's a beautiful place and the hosts were top notch! The view was fantastic and Aimee responded quickly to a few questions that we had. We hope to come back next year! Thank you!

The weather was warm enough this time where we got to enjoy smores on the campfire and sat on the dock to watch the beautiful northern lights play across the sky. Everything was perfect! The location was just as described, the lake was beautiful, and the screened in porch was the best feature. Martha has a very well organized kitchen with anything you could need to cook or make coffee with. If you have a hammock they have the best trees right in front to hang it on. Spooner was an easy 10 minute drive away to get ice cream and a coffee from The Dock. Thank you for a peaceful and relaxing weekend!

This was our 2nd stay, it was as good as the first. Clean house, comfortable, has everything you need. Suzanne and John are also very responsive to messages.

Stacy’s place was cute and cozy for our five person group. We especially loved the assortment of games and puzzles that were available and the family history of the cabin!
