Bardzo fajne mieszkanie, ładnie urządzone, praktycznie w pełni wyposażone. Na duży plus miejsce w garażu podziemnym oraz widok z balkonu.

Thank you for the stay! We had an incredible time in Warsaw and the apartment was just as described. The area was walkable and we had metro just a few hundred meters on foot from the block. We recommend the place to anyone, the neighborhood was clean and peaceful.

Gorgeous, incredibly clean apartment in a terrific, walkable location. The space is artfully decorated with respect for its historical past. Comfortable couch and kitchen, beautiful artwork. Felt like home. We’d love to stay here again.

Die Wohnung von Tola liegt wirklich super zentral. Sowohl Altstadt als auch Parks und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Leider konnten wir die wunderschöne Terrasse aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen, aber im Sommer ist sie sicherlich das Highlight der Wohnung. Tola war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und sehr engagiert uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter, auch ein Aufenthalt mit Kleinkind ist hier möglich.

To był bardzo udany pobyt! Mieszkanie jest ładnie urządzone, wygodne i dobrze wyposażone. Ogródek zapewnia miejsce do relaksu na świeżym powietrzu. Spodobało mi się również samo osiedle: zadbane i nowoczesne, a zielone patio wiosną prezentuje się przepięknie. Samodzielne zameldowanie przebiegło szybko i sprawnie, dzięki jasnym i dokładnym instrukcjom. Znakomita komunikacja z Kamilem, który wyróżnia się uprzejmością i niezwykle przyjaznym nastawieniem do gości. Z przyjemnością odwiedzę to miejsce ponownie!

We had a great stay at Matylda’s flat. Very well located, clean, in line with expectations. The only negative point is that there is no thick curtains in the bedrooms to block morning lights.

This place is perfect. The photos do not do it justice. It is very specious, comfortable and clean. We were a family of seven and had more than enough room, dishes, towels and anything we could think of. The sauna is a very nice bonus. The neighbourhood is quite and feels safe. We were with a rental car, so it was nice to be able to park it and close the house’s gate. It took us less than 30 minutes to drive to Warsaw’s old town.

Charmante maison spacieuse, intérieur classique polonaise (enfin une maison non ikea ! c'est vraiment super), cuisine bien équipée et vrai grande table pour 8. Большая комфортная комната в двухэтажном частном доме, с большой кладовой для вещей. В вашем распоряжении большая отдельная ванная комната с душем и туалетом. В 20 минутах ходьбы находится станция Pludy, откуда до центра Варшавы всего 25 минут на поездах SKM S3 за 4,40 PLN. Добрые, приветливые хозяева.

Der Vermieter war sehr flexibel, was die Check-In Zeit angeht und hat uns den Start in das Wochenende so sehr vereinfacht. Das Haus ist ein Traum! Wir konnten uns am Indoor- und Outdoorpool nicht satt sehen. Die Sauna wurde auch ausgiebig genutzt. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist top, wir haben gar nichts vermisst. Und die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters hat sich durch das ganze Wochenende gezogen. Er war sehr gut erreichbar, wenn ich mal wieder eine Frage hatte und immer hilfsbereit. Ich danke vielmals und hoffe, dass wir nochmal eine Gelegenheit haben hier Gäste zu sein.

Klasse Erfahrung! Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Es war alles wie beschrieben und abgebildet. Darüber hinaus gab es nahe zu alles, was man im Alltag hätte brauchen können. Wirklich toll eingerichtet, trotz des recht kompakten Zimmer. Zum Empfang gab es sogar, komplett unerwartet, etwas warmes zu essen und wir hatten sehr interessante Gespräche am Stubentisch beim tollen Kaffee. Die Lage ist für diverse Vorhaben sehr günstig gelegen und war vom Flughafen und Bahnhof ideal und super einfach zu erreichen. Alles in allem eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft unter sehr kompetenter Führung! Vielen herzlichen Dank und alles Gute!

We've stayed at Pawel's place for the second time now. Everything was as good as the year before. Location's great, you can order different food delivery options very conveniently as it all comes within the hour. Area is beautiful. Backyard is spacious. Lot's of toys for the kids and things to do. Pawel is always very responsive and eager to help with anything, so your stay goes as smooth as possible!

An amazing location whether you’re coming to Warsaw to study, work or sightsee :) Apartment is beautiful, fresh and equipped with with all the amenities you may need. Sergii is a great host, extremely kind, responsive and helpful! I do recommend :) Just a small note – the apartment was really clean, including the bedding and the kitchen. The only thing I would improve is that the floor was a bit dirty and seemed like hadn’t been vacuumed.

It was great experience. The space is small, but it’s perfect one person. Location is great and the host responds very quickly. My recommendation is not to follow the google map, as the pin isn’t correctly placed. Everything is close to the apartment.

Polecam, świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, w apartamencie bardzo czysto

It is close to the historic inner city and Warsawa Centralna (both about 10min via tram). The road in front of the apartment is a bit noisy, but it wasn't a problem, especially after I figured out the window needed a bit more force to close properly. There's quite a few restaurants in the area, and we could even find basic groceries during a national holiday within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped with most basic things you could need during your stay: shower gel and shampoo, towels. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets clean. The kitchen was equipped with bacic cooking supplies (salt, sugar, some spicies, tea and a few other things). The equipment was sufficient for doing basic cooking for two people or preparing food for the next day exploring Warsaw. Cooking for more people would be a challange. The instructions Magadalena sent were clear and well illustrated with pictures. Overall she was helpful and friendly, the apartment cozy and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Patryk ’s place! It was perfect for our family—very clean, comfortable, and truly family-friendly. The apartment had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro station, which made getting around the city super convenient. We also loved how close it was to several parks, which was ideal for our little one to play and for relaxing strolls. Patryk was friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, especially families. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

I’m not sure what else I could add to all the great reviews. Jakub was so responsive and helpful! The location is in a neighborhood with plenty of walking and parks. The apartment has everything you need and it is comfortable. Smartly decorated and just downright lovely! Stay here!
