Buckskin Manor - Historic, Pool, 66 Acre Vineyard

MarthaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This place was a slice of heaven for those who like to get away from the hustle and bustle but still be close to activities. The manor is a stunning historic home for those who appreciate history and the little touches of old. The views and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Fully stocked inised and out with everything you could need. Plenty of bedroom space and bathrooms to accommodate a large party. The outdoor fireplace and pizza oven was a relaxing touch for a cool weekend. The manor is within minutes of several wineries, breweries, and downtown Harper's Ferry which offers numerous local shops, restaurants, hiking, and water activities. Will definitely book again! Thank you to the wonderful host who was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend!

The Grand Ranch - luxury stay for large groups

LindaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
An amazing retreat with incredible views of the mountains right off the deck & from almost every window. The scenery was breathtaking having 10 private acres to explore we hiked the woods right outside the door, local wildlife was a treat to spot. Spent the evening in a relaxing hot tub & by the firepit it was the perfect spot to watch the stars. We saw both the Sunset & the Sunrise from the Hot Tub, it was spectacular. The house is large with lots of space yet cozy for just 2 of us, it was perfectly appointed, with a log fire, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Can't recommend this spot enough for anyone looking to unplug and connect with nature we were looking for a place for a family reunion later this year it is perfect for large parties. Lots of beds & bathrooms all of a high standard. The new Porch was lovely surprise for morning coffee looking at that view. We are still reeling from the experience. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it 10 if I could!

Sunset Ranch: Hot Tub! Mountain Views! Pool

RickRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Our stay was peaceful. Our first time for my wife and I along with our 15 year old daughter in Woodstock. The home is located around 3 other homes on open cow pasture land, but far enough to be very private. The kitchen was just remodeled and looks very nice along with new appliances. Inside was very clean and beds comfortable with memory foam mattresses. Internet was good enough to stream over TV in home. It was quiet at night, road you're on is private and very limited noise from vehicles on it day or night, although I did not see a speed limit sign so vehicles go any speed along that route. We didn't use the hot tub, pool(off season), grill or firepit(burning ban). We did use the ping pong table in garage and watched the TV in the area attached to it, very nice addition! It turned out very windy during our stay and with that it carried the highway traffic noise downwind which was worse at certain times outside, not inside. Other than that out stay was relaxing, visiting the area.

Comfy Getaway in Strasburg, VA!

TaylorRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a blast staying at Cash and Mackenzie’s house! Plenty of room for all 8 of us, the house was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were SO comfortable. Walkable to town which was a big plus! Cash and Mackenzie were also very communicative and had awesome recommendations for local restaurants (we loved our experience at Blue Wing Frog!) and things to do. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Shenandoah.

We absolutely loved Jerry’s place. The outdoor fire pit made the experience an A+ after coming back from a hike and being able to sit out back with a fire. The kitchen had awesome cookware, plates, silverware and really everything you could need. The house is well decorated and has games we played Catan nightly.over that we could walk to coffee shop and we were basically across the street from Martins (the grocery store).

New | The Rosewood Retreat | Cozy Cabin w/ Hot Tub

KevinRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a nice time staying at the house. We were able to get to Shenandoah National Park in about 30 minutes from the house. Luray Caverns were a little further but worth checking out if you're in the area. It was a quiet spot, the beds were comfortable, the internet worked fine for me to get some work done. Our son enjoyed going in the hot tub each day we were there.

Shenandoah Sunsets

JoshuaRating, 5 stars37 months ago
My family and I had the opportunity to stay at this chalet for over a month.  The location was beautiful, the sunsets were amazing, and the house was very clean. Upon arrival, it looked even better than the pictures!  We enjoyed strolls around the property (particularly to the secret creek), making bonfires, and sitting on the deck into the evenings to take in the expansive view.  The space itself was ideal for our needs, with two master suites providing comfort and privacy and a cozy loft space that was perfect for reading and streaming shows.  The full eat-in kitchen and big dining table were also well used. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again to see the seasons change and further explore the area!

Pirate's Cove River Front Group Adventure!

YasminRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Beautiful home and so many unique touches that made this place really special. The view out of the windows was incredible! The home was appointed with everything you need and I loved celebrating my birthday here. The beds were so comfy and the showers were super modern. The only tricky thing as noted by the hosts is that the directions on your navigation will take you too far down the road so definitely keep an eye out for the barrels posted along the road with the signs for the house. I would love to come back and stay here again!!
The multi-level lodge showcases a unique tower design with large windows, surrounded by lush greenery. The wrap-around deck offers multiple access points and views of the expansive estate. The property is set against a backdrop of rolling hills and a clear sky.

Spacious Gathering~Firepit~Waterfront~WiFi

Taylor JaneRating, 5 stars4 months ago
We had a wonderful stay with our family! The property was beautiful and very private. The house was large and for the most part had everything we needed with the exception of towels. We traveled with 8 adults and 3 kids and there was not enough bathroom towels, and absolutely no kitchen towels to do dishes. The house was also very cold in the bedrooms and the thermostats were all locked so there was no way to adjust. They said they were set at 69-70 but it was more of 66 in the house at all times according to baby monitors. The washer also smelt really had of mold. However, despite these we had a great stay.
