Great, modern apartment, as seen in the photos. Great amenities, very good and quiet location. Covered bike parking. We will be happy to come back.

It was my first booking on Airbnb. So first it's a little skeptical because it didn't get a review of the apartment at that time. But what can I say, after I booked, I immediately received an answer from Uwe and many questions could be resolved directly. So the ice was quickly broken and trust there. Uwe provides his guests with many helpful tips, checks in and takes care of it. The apartment is a dream, as can already be seen from the description. The amenities are top, TV in both rooms. One of them even with a smart TV function for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. The location is also great, just under 100 m from the beach and the lake bridge. The apartment is out the back, so it is also beautifully quiet. This way you get little of the hustle and bustle on the other side. The underground parking space is also very convenient. Thus, if necessary, the search for a parking space is omitted. It couldn't be better. I can only share Uwe's tips for waffle maze or the restaurant Strandkate. If you are in the mood for a good Italian restaurant, you are in good hands at La Trattoria in Zingst. It is best to book a table at the restaurants. Could be tight otherwise. All in all, a great starting point for excursions e.g. by Darß train, a Bodden tour, a bike tour (bike rental in the same building) or a trip to Prerow. I can 100% recommend the apartment. Top landlords, great apartment, great location. That's all you can say.

We stayed in the apartment for the 2nd time and we enjoyed it just as much as the 1st email. The apartment is well equipped, very well maintained and very close to the beach. Even the underground car park looked like new. Communication with the hosts was exemplary again. We'll be back for sure.

Sven is an excellent host! Friendly and fast communication seem to be a matter of course for him. The key handover by his very nice mother-in-law was completely uncomplicated. The apartment is great and really equipped with everything you could need. The view of the sea can be enjoyed in all rooms! We will be happy to come back.

Good amenities. We didn't miss anything and the amenities are in good condition. If you have any questions, Evelin was available and helpful. The location is quickly accessible to the beach and for day trips to Warnemünde and Kiel by bike. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great time on Poel. The AirBnB was very cozy and everything as described. The beach is great and we liked the island very much. Only the place Gollwitz is not so super well connected by bus and the place is currently more of a construction site (not the street where the AirBnB is, but the front part of Gollwitz). And that didn't bother us any further! Communication with Stephan was very easy and reliable!

Hans' place was lovely and perfect for a peaceful New Year (no fireworks to be heard close enough to disturb our night). The house is cozy and has everything you need; the kitchen and utensils are the best I have encountered in all Airbnbs I have stayed in. The garden is big and the view of the lake is wonderful. One can spend a long time watching the birds in the lake. One point to notice from the garden in case you visit with dogs is that there is no fence between the neighbor's house and this one. The surroundings are also stunning. We loved walking to the archeological sites and exploring the nature around us, etc. We would recommend this place to anyone who likes to stay close to nature and enjoy a more quiet vacation.

Beautiful, new and quietly located house in a holiday home settlement, very suitable also for allergy sufferers. The furnishings/amenities are high quality and cozy. There were two of us with our dog as guests in the Goldmarie. The pretty house is situated in a holiday home settlement outside the village of Zierow. The furnishings of the house are tasteful and cozy. It is equipped with everything you need. In the low season, the settlement was hardly inhabited, so it was also very quiet. The Baltic Sea is a 15-minute walk away. The “dog beach” is a real natural beach. The Baltic Sea is very shallow at this point and only suitable for swimming to a limited extent. By car, however, you can quickly reach Boltenhagen on a wide, long sandy beach. You can also quickly reach a small shopping mall with all the usual markets by car.

We really enjoyed staying at Ricky's place. The house was perfectly equipped for 2 to 3 people. The kitchen was perfectly equipped even if you forgot something, filter bags,coffee, sugar or salt, everything was available. From the living room and bedroom window, you have a beautiful view of the Bodden. The bathroom was big enough and very clean. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

We had a great time in Hoikendorf. The apartment is super nice and ideal for a family with several children. The attic makes every child's heart beat faster. The communication and check-in were great and the value for money was a dream. Thank you very much!

It's so nice and quiet.... the place was good for us, travel a lot during the day as everything can be reached quickly by car. Fast communication.

The apartment is very modern and stylish. Especially the gallery is a special highlight and gives the apartment a certain charm. Everything is very well maintained and clean. We immediately felt comfortable, the center, the beach and the train station are a few minutes' walk away. For us as a family of 4, it was the perfect place to vacation on the Baltic Sea: shopping right next door, Italian right around the corner and the beach is within walking distance. The apartment is practical and nicely furnished. It is very quiet and you have a good starting position for things to do.

We had a very nice week for two in the apartment 3, located directly on the dike to the Bodden behind it. Via the dike, you can reach the town of Zingst on foot in a few minutes. The apartment is very cozy, clean and matches the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can park directly on the property in a carport. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and will definitely be back.
