We felt completely comfortable with Philipp. The apartment is very tastefully and cozily furnished, very clean and well equipped. The wooden beams make a very pleasant, warm atmosphere. We have a week out of season here and can enjoy the peace and quiet a lot. Absolutely recommend!!

The hosts are very kind, courteous, know exactly what matters. We enjoyed the apartment with the roof terrace very much. They made sure to make everything bright and the rooms have a lot of light. Glad there's a big common space when the weather isn't so nice. Outside there is a covered barbecue area with tables and benches and everything that goes with it. Electricity for car and bikes is also provided and parking for everyone. Thank you We will come back and recommend you to friends.

We had an all-around great stay as a family! The apartment is just as beautiful as in the photos – modern, very clean and lovingly furnished. Our children felt comfortable from the very first moment. There was enough space to play and the quiet surroundings did us all good. Especially practical: There is a supermarket and a playground right around the corner – perfect for families with small children. Restaurants, cafes, shopping centers and everything else you need are also just a few minutes away. The location is really ideal! Check-in was totally straightforward and the host was always friendly, helpful and responsive. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place!

Since it led me to the Baltic Sea for work, I spent my first 6 months in Rostock with André. The contact with André was always great, quick and pleasant. I was even able to have my mail sent to him, which made life very easy. The apartment is well and quietly located and has a parking space under the carport. From Sievershagen, I was able to easily reach all my stations in the training on any side of the Warnow. In addition, a shopping center is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a spiral staircase. It has a fully furnished living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. All rooms are well equipped and all separate, so you can also cook without the whole apartment smells like it. For example, an ironing board, a clothes dryer and a vacuum cleaner are also provided. I enjoyed the time with André and was able to arrive in Rostock excellently.

Our first experience with AirBnb and a hit. We had a nice week in Andreas' apartment with many excursions and delicious fish and all for the first time without a car. The apartment is functionally furnished, nothing was missing. Big and not so cramped. Easily accessible for train, bus and shopping. We felt very comfortable and were not the last time here and then certainly longer than 1 week. Thank you for the many good tips and suggestions. Thank you for everything!

Enjoyed a lovely night at Maik’s flat. It had a very well equipped kitchen with all we needed, beautiful surroundings! Would recommend.

The apartment is super cozy and beautifully rustic. The furnishings are individual and not just plain monotony. Simply everything to feel good and above all: clean. Knut is an uncomplicated host. We would have liked to have stayed longer, but what is not, can still be.

Very nice apartment and much quieter than you would actually think about the location. The equipment is almost new, a special plus has been the dishwasher for me. From evening to morning, there are enough parking spaces, but in between there are also paid parking spaces. You don't have to walk far from the car anyway. The city center can be reached on foot in a maximum of 5 minutes, the location is really great. The apartment is also suitable for working well, desk or similar possibilities are available. The internet is also fast enough for a streaming evening - when it rains.

We were ready for a break from our travels so Bernd’s house was just perfect. It’s in a quiet setting and a comfortable place to relax. The house is spacious with outdoor seating and BBQ, overlooking the garden. It has everything you would need and the hosts were very generous, leaving some gifts for us to try. Bernd’s was easily contactable and responsive in dealing with a problem that arose on our first night in the property. I would highly recommend for a quiet relaxing break.

Gangolf is a great host - friendly, flexible, easily accessible and uncomplicated. Everything worked out great and we felt incredibly comfortable in the apartment! The rooms were very clean and tidy, but still with a certain charm. You can explore the city on foot from there. As already noted by a few other visitors: The stairs to the apartment are a bit steep, so possibly not for people with physical limitations. The "shower" in the bathtub is sometimes difficult to master; but that's no reason not to come back. Thanks so much for having us :)

Great apartment within walking distance to the beach. Very nice landlady. The apartment was sparkling clean and very cozy. We felt absolutely comfortable and can only recommend Villa Luise. Private parking directly at the house and a great fish restaurant at the end of the street.

We were looking for a quiet place where we can get away from it all while getting rid of our dog. We can 100% recommend Mario's place - the apartment is very clean and extensively equipped. It offers plenty of space and through the covered balcony you can listen to the waves of the Baltic Sea even in the rain. The spa area of the complex and the direct proximity to the beach complete the perfect getaway. We felt super comfortable - thank you!

We were completely satisfied. The apartment is very nice and clean. We were warmly welcomed and the check-in was possible early and uncomplicated. Andreas even provided us with additional kitchen utensils so we could bake cakes for our daughter's birthday. We always received a very prompt response to our inquiries. We can recommend the apartment without reservation :-)

We had a relaxing stay. The description and photos corresponded to reality. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Ample parking is available directly on the property. Excursion destinations (e.g. Wismar, Rostock, ...) are quickly reached by car. Since we were there in the off-season, only a few apartments were occupied. It's a little light-sounding, could be less quiet in the main season. We would book the apartment again. Communication with Renè was great. Check-in was easy. Thanks!
