Very nice apartment, very well equipped, very clean, great location - we will be happy to come back!

We walked in the door and were all pleasantly surprised to have such a spacious and immediately cozy house. The zoo is easily accessible by tram, just as Warnemünde is easily accessible by train and tram. Excellent amenities, coffee machine with whole beans. Very lovingly furnished and equipped with important things. Good for a longer stay. I'd love to come back.

We had three rainy days with a toddler in Warnemünde and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay for our trip. We felt like at home. There was a baby bed and high chair with a children's towel and a bathtub that invites you to linger. Couch and bed were incredibly comfortable. Whether a short trip or a long stay - this accommodation is perfect! Close to the train station and right by the sea.

We had a great weekend and felt very comfortable at the place. Clear recommendation !

Frank's apartment is in the middle of Rostock city and offers a perfect starting point due to the free parking. You can go shopping in a relaxed way or quickly take the tram and S-Bahn to Warnemünde to the beach. Our son was thrilled because the apartment not only impresses with its generous size, but also because there is a swing and a piano in the living room. We would book this apartment again at any time and can only recommend it!

We had a great stay. The apartment is large, bright and clean and has everything you need. Since it is located in the courtyard, it is very quiet and wonderfully green. Arne was very helpful and uncomplicated, so we could easily store our luggage there - both on our early arrival and our late departure. The property is highly recommended!

We stayed as a family of 4 for 4 days in the apartment. We were very comfortable! It is in a newly built building, and very clean and modern. The kitchen is very well equipped and we could cook and easily buy groceries closeby. Important to notice is to bring your own towels as these are not provided. Other than that a very well equipped, tastefully decorated and clean apartment!

We enjoyed the stay at Traumurlaub and can recommend it. Very centrally located, balcony with sea view. We will be back.

Beautifully furnished and well-equipped apartment on the ground floor in a quiet location. Short distances to the S-Bahn and tram, with which you can reach Rostock or Warnemünde in a few minutes. Shopping is close to stops. In the kitchen and bathroom you will find everything you need for self-catering, including a coffee machine, corkscrew, long shoehorn, hair dryer and washing machine. The hosts were always available, friendly and helpful. We spent four days in the apartment, felt very comfortable and did not have to buy anything except food. Very good starting point for excursions in the surrounding areas.

Modern, clean, great location, satisfaction. The only small minus is that unfortunately everything can be heard and the first night above us (probably guests in another apartment) were quite noisy, they stomped a lot and there were blows, as if something was still falling, at 2am it was not pleasant, but unfortunately the host does not affect this. I recommend:)

Great apartment, as close to the beach as described!

The apartment was bigger than expected and you were quickly walking to the center of the city. At night it was very quiet, the bed was pleasant, the small kitchen had everything you need. We felt very comfortable and would book the apartment again. Thank you 😃

The place looks the same as in the photos. It is very clean, plenty of storage space is available and all kinds of utensils you need. The view is very nice and the proximity to the beach is really a dream. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice holiday. Everything in the apartment was as described. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. Extremely sufficient space for 6 people. Even with the two bathrooms, there was no morning "scramble"! Everything is super clean, wonderfully quiet. Shopping just across the street. Everything is great! We will be back.

Wonderful stay & something very special! We felt at home from the first moment and it is not common to live in a castle estate, with great flair. The estate is lovingly maintained, which invites you to linger outside, horses are there and fresh eggs from the chickens are also available on request. The apartment was lovingly furnished, sparkling clean and perfectly equipped. The warm welcome and attention of the host made our stay unforgettable. We will be happy to come back! We thank René for the beautiful weekend in the apartment. In the village itself, we did nothing, but it was only a 12-18 minute drive to Rerik or Kühlungsborn. The apartment was very neat and clean. We particularly liked the well-equipped kitchen and the quiet balcony. A highlight, especially since the weather was not so good, was the "spa area" in the basement, which can be used by several apartments of the house. Very clean and private. Great atmosphere for a relaxing bath or sauna. Thanks for the tip, René. We will definitely recommend the apartment and maybe come back again.
