Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Eine neue Einbau-Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Elektrogeräten sowie ein ansprechendes Bad mit Glas-Dusche/WC sind vorhanden. Ein nummerierter Außen-Stellplatz kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Der "Hansapark" ist fast nebenan, ein kleines öffentl. Schwimmbad in unmittelbarer Nähe. WLAN, Handtücher und Bettwäsche stellen wir KOSTENFREI zur Verfügung.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station
