Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. From the jetty or boat you can fish or swim. The house from 1913 is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is 200 m to the beach, so you can already smell the sea and hear the seagulls during breakfast on the terrace. The apartment does NOT have a TV and has an open bathroom without a door. If you don't like that, don't book ;-)

Our vacation home is located on the northern shore of Lake Plauer, with direct access to the lake. Cycling and hiking routes run along the lake. The unique natural landscape is very impressive and offers beautiful views of the Plauer. The nearest town is Alt Schwerin. It is a small village and has an agricultural museum, a shopping oasis with a bakery, restaurants and a jetty for steamboat trips, which can also be easily explored by bike.

The apartment is equipped with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a large bathroom with shower. The living room is furnished with a large, cozy corner sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and dishwasher. From the kitchen you can step out onto the porch.

The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.
