Beautiful home. Incredible view. Friendly host. Great location for out of towners attending Helen's Hill Winery events. Wish we could have stayed another couple of nights and really enjoyed the location.

Cannot say a single bad word about staying at this absolutely beautiful place! We were greeted by Andrea who gave us recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Then we made ourselves at home and oh my gosh, it is such a gorgeous property. We stayed with the girls the night before our friends wedding and it was the perfect backdrop for photos and getting ready. The rooms are stunning and the ensuites to the 2 main bedrooms were super handy. We have already decided to come back next year for a relaxing girls weekend away. Could not have asked for a better stay!

One of the best Airbnb's I've stayed at. Awesome location - walk to everything but so quiet. Excellent sleeping conditions. Very cosy climate control. Loved Raymond's place and hope to return.

Andrew and Annemarie's house is wonderful. The house is spotless, has great linen, and ample comfy sofas and space for our two families with young kids. Very large and comfy beds in the main bedrooms and solid bunks in the kids room (plus lots of toys!) The house comes with excellent instructions, fully stocked with all the things that make life so much easier - soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, oil, wood for the fire, etc. Located on the edge of the utterly charming Marysville, it suited our needs perfectly. We walked into town both days and visited the cute local shops, cafes, pub. There are kid-friendly bushwalks close-by and for mountain bike riders obviously Lake Mountain is fantastic - just a quick 20min drive up the hill. We'd love to return for more adventures and cosy nights by the fire. Andrew and Annemarie are very kind, responsive and helpful hosts- thank you Andrew and Annemarie!

Within comfortable walking distance to town centre and eateries. Good secure double garage. Well appointed residence in a pleasant area. We enjoyed our stay and hopefully return soon.

Beautiful and peaceful property. We loved relaxing outside on the balcony listening to the sounds of nature. The cottage has everything you need and the styling was beautiful!

Such a beautiful home, the perfect space for a retreat

Lewis went above and beyond what was required - we had long air flights across time zones so he made sure we had the instructions for the lock box. The flat is very close to lots of eateries and Lewis has details of which streets to look along. It’s close to the CBD and just opposite a large park, and the flat is lovely inside. A great place to stay.

Place was lovely had everything we needed and more than enough space. Great heating for cold winter nights after a day of exploring. Location was very handy. Happily recommend this home. Erin was very accommodating and supportive.

The apartment is located in downtown Melbourne, in a very new high rise and was impeccably clean. There is a small IGA a few doors down and some good bars and restaurants close by, as well as only 2 blocks from the Southern Cross station and the river. Although it is relatively sparsely furnished, it has everything that we needed for a short break, and the gym in the building is much better than most hotel gyms. Chris was very responsive and allowed us to leave our luggage because our flight arrived in Melbourne early. Although it didn't impact us because we were out an about for most of the day, there is no TV (but a piano if you are musically inclined) and while the bed was comfortable, it was like a futon on the floor, so it may not be ideal for older people with mobility issues. The price was amazing for such a nice apartment on a high floor in central Melbourne, and I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

Spotlessly clean with very helpful & prompt communication from hosts. A lift up to unit from basement carparking. Spotlessly clean, with many well thought out extras. Comfortable lounge seating & a perfect out door area. I would highly recommend it to potential guests ... travelling by car ( easy parking)... plus coming by tram or train from city ( stops & station very close). Thank you hosts Dean & Kristen

Great location with enough privacy. Lots of beautiful birds in the area. The premise itself is very spacious and clean. Love the Sheraton linen!

This little nugget in The Patch was great. There many varying sizes of acom on site and The Garden Suite was perfect for 2 people. A spa and fireplace set the mood. The kitchen is basic so be prepared to eat out which is no issue as there are many restaurants around. We even ordered an in house massage which was a perfect Sunday starter. I would certainly return here for a quiet weekend away.

Gioia’s home was bright and welcoming, it is in an excellent location - extremely close proximity to Woolies, Luna Park and the beach - if you’ve a puppy - there are plenty of doggy friendly places around. The home has everything you need, check in was sooooo easy and provided a restful home for our weekend.

The views were / are stunning! I actually could figure out the tv lol over all , highly recommended ! 10/10

I had a very enjoyable stay. The room was thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. It was peaceful, quiet and private with a lovely view of the forest, yet very close to shops and restaurants. Shellie was a wonderful host and I would gladly stay again.

Rustic, charming, intimate cabin nestled on a hobby farm made me feel down to earth again. Roaring fire, home-made cookies and easygoing owners welcomed us after exploring the very many dog-friendly trails and gardens in the area. Big thank you, just what we needed.

Second stay at this cabin and great to meet new hosts Nicole and Mark. We loved having the company of Warney and Ripley the kelpies, enjoying the amazing open wood fire on the cold nights and mornings. Bed is super comfy, great pubs down the road and some great 4wding in the surrounding forest. Thanks for a great stay we will be back!

It would be the perfect spot for a weekend getaway and digital detoxing. It only 10mins by walk from the closest public transportation (bus). The town is beautiful and calm with some cozy cafes making the property a beautiful spot to get some peace from daily hustle. Sharon was extremely helpful with providing instructions and answering all my questions patiently, which made getting there less stressful. I would definitely recommend this place (I have already recommended it to a few friends).

Totally obsessed with this place. Such a beautifully styled home that has absolutely everything we needed. Out only downside was that we didn't stay long enough! Oh and the goats are pretty cute 🥰

This place is "next level". My wife and I searched for a place to get away together to celebrate my birthday. Thankfully, our first choice fell through! From the moment we arrived, it just felt cosy and warm. We explored as far up as Marysville, and what an awesome place to return to. Kate and Michael were so accommodating! Could not fault their hospitality and attention to detail. We will be back! We will be recommending 'the eleventh Oak' to absolutely everyone! Look forward to revisiting in the not to distant future!
