Great location, lovely place to stay, only takes 20 minutes to get into city centre. Very close to the tube station. The house is very modern and clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend staying here

Joe’s place was fab. Wonderful location with access to some lovely cafe’s, some delicious pastries and a cute book store. The house itself was lovely; a great social space and plenty of room. Brilliant for families with young children. Joe left helpful instructions along with a lovely welcome gift. He was really responsive on the messages and has clearly thought very carefully about the experience he wants his guests to have. Thank you very much for a lovely weekend.

We had a fantastic stay at Klein house! The house has everything you could need with lovely amenities and is ideally situated near to Victoria park and London fields. Loved the quirkiness of the property - top tier stay!

I cannot say enough good things about Deborah and her beautiful home. We are very avid travelers and are somewhat hesitant to stay with airbnb from previous experiences, however, this had to be one of the most amazing stays we have ever had. Not only was Deborah the nicest and most helpful a person can be, but the location and property itself was absolutely fantastic. Carra only added to an amazing stay and had to stop myself from stealing her! I cannot recommend this home enough and would be my first choice on my return!

Anca and her team were fantastic with their communication especially when items were left behind after check out. I do think £50 for a day of using the hot tub is a bit steep but I can understand the reasoning behind it

We stayed at The Happy Horny Cow for one night while seeing Beyoncé at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and honestly wish we’d booked an extra night! Jenny’s home is beautiful in every single way – you can tell she’s really thought of everything. From games and Yorkshire tea to dressing gowns, every little detail made it feel like a real treat. The decor is absolutely stunning – such a cool and unique place to stay. Jenny went above and beyond to make it feel special, and we felt so welcome. Would 100% stay again next time we’re in London!

Faraan was friendly and accommodating. The flat was exactly as advertised, and was very clean. Would stay here again.

It’s not often that it’s so easy to give a place 10/10 but this is that time. Ray clearly cares about the guest experience and that shines through. From the fluffy towels, the coffee pods, the milk and bread on arrival, the cleanliness, the ease of communication, the nice glassware and the child friendly nature of the apartment it all stands out. Despite the construction and trains we were absolutely not disturbed. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay in Balham. Nicholas was a great host who quickly responded to any questions, even the annoying touristy ones, and provided very clear instructions. The home is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Spending a week in this home was a delight. It is a quick walk from Balham Station, and there are plenty of wonderful restaurants in town. We were only a 20-30 minute underground train ride from everything we wanted to see and do in London. It is absolutely a great place to stay. You will not be disappointed.

Ousman was honestly the nicest and most helpful host I’ve ever met whilst using Airbnb. Anything we needed, he was on hand to bring it to us without hesitation! The apartment itself is stunning and looks just like the photos. Ousman has the place kitted out with snacks too! Highly recommend and would 100% stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place worked well with four people, including two young kids. It was clean and cozy and Rosa was very helpful with information. The kids enjoyed the soccer goal 😊. We will come again if we are in the area!

This was a great space in a cool neighborhood. We enjoyed exploring Hackney Wick and found a cute barge bar nearby. The flat was spacious and i enjoyed sitting on the porch with a drink. Very comfortable and clean. We relied on public transportation and had lots of options nearby.

This apartment is an absolute gem. It is beautifully furnished with everything you could need. The location is great for exploring the Olympic village and there are loads of great places to eat and drink nearby. Abigail is an excellent host, providing all the information you need in an efficient and friendly way. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend it. Five stars from us.

Izzy’s flat was perfect for our long weekend stay in the Hackney/Clapton area. Very centrally located and walkable, and a beautiful, clean, quiet, and charming accommodation. Izzy was a great host with clear and timely communication. Would recommend!

The place was easy to find and Theresa was very lovely, allowing us to drop our bags off early and letting me know when the place was ready for us, she was really friendly. The place was spotless, clean bedding and pristine bathroom, with lots of spare towels and toilet roll. The beds were comfy and the tv in the bedroom was great, the duvet for both beds smelt lovely and was fresh, definitely a comfortable night sleep. The sofa bed was easy to use since Theresa left the manual out for us, as well as providing all the codes to get in and the wifi password. There was plenty of sugar and tea. The milk and fresh water was a greatly appreciated touch after a long day in London. The journey to central London took a while, but nothing too bad at all. We came back late at night after a concert and the area was so quiet and felt really safe. A 24hrs m&s about a ten minute walk away was really helpful for a late night pit stop. Would definitely recommend!

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Anthony was one of the best Hosts I have ever had! One of the most thoughtful and comprehensive neighborhood guides, spotless apartment with clear directions, impeccable service with key drop off at our hotel, and so responsive and flexible. The space was gorgeous and in the perfect area. 10/10

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, cosy and exactly as described. The location was perfect – quiet, yet close to everything we needed. This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!
