I spent 6 weeks in Gersom's apartment. It's spacious and comfortable. The highlight of the apartment is definitely the gym. The A/C is a lifesaver. Gersom & Joyce were fantastic. They gave great advice, handled issues quickly, & made sure I enjoyed my stay. The one con is that mosquitoes get inside, but the bed net helps immensely. • Internet/WiFi Speeds: Good (27d/10u), despite the lower speeds, my streaming, downloading, & work video calls were much faster than expected • Workspace: 2 small desks, a comfortable desk chair would help immensely • Bed: very comfortable, slept very well thanks to the mosquito net & A/C • Kitchen: very nice w/ decent cookware, good appliances, & a rice cooker! • Water: pressure is the BEST I've had in Latin America, temp is steady • Food/grocery: 2 medium-sized supermarkets within 5-10 min walk, no trouble ordering delivery w/ the Ride Eats app as not a lot of restaurants right nearby • Neighborhood: very quiet other than barking dogs, minimal sidewalks

prachtig ruim appartement met een heerlijk zwembad. Ferdi en zijn vrouw super aardig en behulpzaam sinds kort is er ook een Warung op het terrein waar je heerlijk kan eten. als we weer naar Suriname gaan gaan we zeker hier weer boeken. terrein is goed beveiligd dus je voelt je er gewoon veilig. Ferdi zeer flexibel met aankomsttijd en vertrektijd, wat heel fijn was aangezien we een nachtvlucht terug naar huis hadden. echt een aanrader!

We hebben met 4 personen een fantastisch verblijf gehad in deze Airbnb. De communicatie met de gastheer was vlot en duidelijk. Het huis was ruim, schoon en had alle voorzieningen die we nodig hadden. De rustige locatie was perfect. We hebben vooral genoten van de tuin en het tot rust komen in het zwembad. Zeker een aanrader en voor ons voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het appartement is schoon en zeer ruim, heerlijk groot balkon, woonkamer en slaapkamer brandschoon en een fijn zwembad. Maar wat er voor mij met kop en schouders bovenuit stak waren de buitengewoon lieve en zorgzame gastheer en gastvrouw, altijd in voor een gezellig praatje, Sina kan heerlijk koken en verwent je graag met haar lekkere specialiteiten, en ook met Ferdi is het altijd gezellig en staat altijd voor je klaar mocht je iets nodig hebben! Ik zou dit appartement zeker aanraden, of je nou alleen of met meerderen reist, het overtrof zeker mijn verwachtingen 😃

The appartmentment is also great and has modern appliances and an excellent AC-system. Judith was always very nice and ready to help with any issues, such as ordering taxis for us. In addiction, she and her family allowed us to enjoy their "owru yari" celebration and shoot some fireworks as well. Thank you for the nice stay!

Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad tijdens ons verblijf in Suriname. De accommodatie was comfortabel en precies zoals beschreven. Wat dit verblijf echter echt bijzonder maakte, was de gastvrouw. Ze was ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en reageerde altijd snel op onze vragen. Ze zorgde ervoor dat we ons meteen welkom voelden en dacht altijd met ons mee. We kunnen deze plek van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een fijne, gastvrije plek om te verblijven. Bedankt voor alles!

We voelden ons meteen helemaal thuis in het appartement. Veilig zeker ook. Het ruime overdekte terras is heerlijk en kijkt leuk uit op de straat. In PBM hoor je vaak wel een haan kraaien of een hond blaffen. ‘Levendig’ noem ik dat. Oordoppen snachts kunnen eventueel uitkomst bieden. Prima airco in de slaapkamers. Heeerlijk zwembad en gym. Superlieve buren:) We hebben ons heel erg thuis gevoeld! Als we weer naar PBM komen gaan we zeker weer hier logeren. Ook gunstig gelegen tov het centrum.

Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad tijdens ons verblijf in Suriname. De accommodatie was comfortabel en precies zoals beschreven. Wat dit verblijf echter echt bijzonder maakte, was de gastvrouw.
