Furthermore, the highlight ofthe apartment is in the garden , a private Swedish sauna. So you can warm up in your private wellness oasisafter a winter walk in the cold season. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200)and one with two single beds (90x200). Both bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV, wardrobeand extra large duvets (155x220). In the bedroom with a double bed, electrically adjustable slatted framesoffer the desired level of comfort.The bathroom in the Wildrose apartment has a walk-in shower, hairdryerand heated towel rail. A washer-dryeris also available in the apartment. A parking spaceis available for you free of charge directly at the house, and bicyclescan also be safely parkedand chargedin a separate bicycle shed. One hallway separates the apartment from a bathroom with a shower, toilet and the sink.

The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
