My family and I had a wonderful stay! The cozy cottage is beautifully built, and you can tell from the details that the host truly cares about his guests. Ace was incredibly responsive and supportive, whether it was local recommendations or accommodating an early check-in. Highly recommend!

private accommodation with a shared pool. nice views from the roof top. well equipped kitchen. this accommodation is 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk from the nearest 7-Elevens, at the center of this area. the Italian restaurant at the front of the property is very convenient, and delicious food.

It's perfect! If you're looking for a chill atmosphere, Victor's place has got it all. You can be sure you'll be staying somewhere you can worry less. The room has everything you need, including internet access and a golf cart to help you get back and forth. The public space has a very, very chilling atmosphere! I hope everyone who comes knows that, from my experience, there's no place like this one. You feel luxurious and close to nature at the same time. I would definitely come again. Thanks, Victor.

The space was nice and clean, just like the pictures. The housekeeper took great care of it. Since I stayed during the concert, there was a lot of traffic, so it was later than the check-in time I called. The housekeeper waited to open the door for you.

It's my 5th time in khao yai and Korn's place is my favourite! Absolutely peaceful and serene surroundings but yet only minutes away from gorgeous restaurants and places of interest. The Mango House - 7mins The Chocolate Factory - 16mins Midwinter Restaurant- 8min Banmai Chaynam - 25mins Pak Chong Night Market - 20mins Big C - 15mins Thames - 15mins Hokkaido Flower - 13mins Sunflower Fields - Manee Sorn 20mins Overall Superb Location!! My family loved the pool and it was a nice touch to light up the fireplace in the evening while the kids were having a dip in the pool. (we were there in Jan so it was a bit chilly in the evenings) Perfect for a family get away from the hustle and bustle of Singapore. The kitchen is well equipped and korn even prepared a carton of water for us when we arrived. We felt comfortable in this lovely cosy home 🏡 would definitely come back again ... Korn's friendly staff would come by in the mornings to clear the pools of any leaves and sweep the front.

The place was fantastic. Quietly located but quickly in the action by car. The pool was great and the residents and staff very friendly and helpful. SansaNeeya was also very friendly and responsive. The description for check-in was accurate. The place was clean, as everyone should take off their shoes. I especially liked that :-)

I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days from 6/24 to 6/28 Convenient location for Rancho Charnvee CC & Toscana CC. There are 4 independent rooms with en-suite bathrooms, great for 4 Couple. Large kitchen and living room together and great for gathering. There is one room on the first floor and three on the second floor. Other features include a swimming pool and men's and women's showers. There are plenty of parking facilities and it is convenient. The caretaker, Rita, was very friendly and helpful with booking massages. As some improvements, it is necessary to replace the storage facilities such as towel hangers in the bathroom, the old shower, the lights, and the induction pot in the kitchen. If you sit around the large dining table on the second floor and spend a quiet time, the view from the large window is beautiful. Overall, a very satisfying place.

We had an amazing stay at Nui’s place in Khao Yai! The location is fantastic—less than five minutes from the entrance of Khao Yai National Park—making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The setting is quiet and ideal for families, and even with seven of us staying, we had no issues with space. One of the highlights was the breakfast Nui prepared for us each morning—delicious, varied, and a great way to start the day. She was incredibly helpful, always happy to assist us with booking safaris and other activities. When we had extra guests, bringing our group up to nine people, she accommodated us effortlessly. Our stay was truly delightful, and we couldn’t recommend it enough. It was an unforgettable experience, and if we ever return to Khao Yai, we’ll definitely consider staying here again!

We had an amazing stay at Heaven 77. The House was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cozy garden with the fireplace & comfortable living area made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect with spectacular views. Communication with the host was seamless; they were always prompt, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated the amazing breakfast with its presentation. It’s clear they put effort into creating a memorable experience for their guests. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Khai Yai and hope to return in the future. Thanks again, for an unforgettable stay!

The communication was outstanding, and the lady who assisted us during the check out process was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The warm and inviting vibes of the host made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The villa we stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Finally, the view was absolutely breathtaking. The mountain and green area provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and adventure alike. Place is set in a very beautiful and quiet area. 5 to 15 minutes to very nice Cafes. Place is extremely well stocked especially the kitchen. Bedding and towels are top notch. Pool was very well maintained during our stay. The grounds are huge and kept very clean.Sarah was quick to respond.
