Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Walworth

It really was a great place for our 4 day London trip. At first we considered to rent in Nottingham Hill or in Camden but this location was way better. It’s located close to metro station and just in front of multiple bus lines which will take you to London center districts in around 20 min. The apartment is very clean, nice and well equipped. Karimé helped us when we needed and was easy to contact. A great place and great host. We enjoyed it immensely 😀 Arek et Kamila

The house was fantastic. It was a home away from home with all the amenities required and close to the tube and local supermarket. Matt and Vilde were very helpful and responsive to any requests. I would highly recommend.

My stay at Hilary's has been very good. I got confused with the streets around the place on arrival, but Hilary was very kind and showed me how to get to Lewisham station with clear indications and from there it was easier to travel around the city. I had everything I needed in the room and flat and the sweet cat in the house and those in the area were a plus. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, which is very pleasant when you come back after a day in superbusy London. I would recommend this host and return here myself.

Very clean place! Arrival was very easy. Our room didn't have a window but there was air-conditioning so wasn't stuffy. It was unclear where the bathroom and kitchen were. We just went looking but there are no signs with arrows indicating where they are. There are two bathrooms on the 1st floor and they were very clean! We didn't look for the kitchen as we didn't use it. The location was great and the fridge/freezer combi was really nice!

Sonia and Mario’s house was perfect for my long weekend stay. I felt safe and welcome. The house is close to a bus stop and there are shops nearby in case one needs anything last minute. The house is clean and the bed is super comfortable. Sonia and Mario are lovely and made my stay super easy.

This house has everything you need for a great stay in London. Like they say, "location, location, location". But this property and its owners are so much more. A spacious 2BR, 2 BA semi in a quiet centrally located area. Nearly every prime destination for London visitors is easily accessible either by foot or easy Tube ride from London Bridge. The hosts are kind, friendly, and responsive. Your "local" is just steps away, serving delicious BBQ and a variety of beers on tap. Blues on the weekends provides a great atmosphere.

This is the place to be if you want to explore the city of London! A 15 minute walk through this lovely opcoming neighborhood brings you to the closest underground station where you have a good connection to the city.

Owain was by far the best host we have had on Airbnb! He was always responsive, helpful and super accommodating. He personally welcomed us at a local spot and helped with our luggage and was also very kind enough to find a way for us to store our luggage. He is all around the type of host you would want and I couldn’t recommend him more. Not only was he great but his home was so beautiful and clean. The home was so peaceful that we didn’t even want to leave. We felt right at home. We will definitely be back to London and will most definitely be staying at Owain’s delightful home. We are so happy to have come across his home and have gotten to meet the best host Owain!

Fully equipped and fully supplied flat in a wonderful part of London! The communication from the host was professional and punctual!

First of all, it was great that we were able to check in earlier than the noted check in time. It was only a quick message to Henry for the early check in and he promptly responded as he did throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and tidy and it was great that it was on the ground level, no stairs to carry luggage up over. The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants near by and the subway station was only a short walk away to get us into the city. We would 100% recommend Henry and this apartment.

Stephen's place is a lovely 1 bedroom flat with everything you need. Well thought through additions and conveniently located. I stayed for a month getting the bus into Holborn almost everyday and it was super convenient, and much cheaper than anything I could get closer to work. Some people might think the tube is more convenient, sure, but for mine the bus was very good and cheaper too! Stephen was super responsive. Whenever I had a question I got a response almost right away. The flat is set back from the main road, you won't hear car noise though you may hear the comings and goings of the neighbours as you're on the below ground level. There is a Lidl right across the road that makes picking up groceries very easy. I'd say it's on the outskirts of the 'nice' part of Bermondsey where all the cafes and restaurants are but it's only about a 15 minute walk. Bermondsey road and up to London bridge has nice cafes and restaurants. All in all would definitely recommend.

We had to book this place very last minute after having to cancel another Airbnb due to unfortunate circumstances — and arriving here honestly felt like stepping into heaven. The flat was spotless, cosy and exactly what we needed. The location near Elephant & Castle is brilliant — the area has been redeveloped and there are loads of great restaurants nearby, as well as a really cool pub with an arcade where you can easily mingle with locals and enjoy a fun evening. We’re incredibly grateful we found this place and were able to check in so quickly. Communication via Airbnb chat was fast, friendly and helpful at all times. I’d come back in a heartbeat — highly recommended!

The stay at Eric's place was wonderful. We were able to get to public transport easy and went wherever we desired to go. Eric also responded quickly to any questions we had and his answers were spot on. He has a manual which once you go through it you find everything you need and how to do what you need to as well. We simply enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

The flat is located in good location for touring London and Hip is very friendly in giving local area advices! We had a bit trouble getting in but Hip responded quickly despise it was already past 9pm! The flat is quite cozy. The only downside is no lift with two suitcases, which has been stated in the info. All and all, would recommend!

Constance was a really helpful host and nothing was too much of an ask for her. Thank you for a lovely cosy weekend stay - it made our little girl’s first trip to London even more enjoyable x

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here and the main reason was Tessa. She was friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcome in her home. And the apartment was lovely -- it's her own place, which means it's cozy and homey, not sterile and pristine like a hotel. There are books on the shelves, items in the kitchen cupboards and a bicycle in the front hall. Everything was clean, the heating worked perfectly (a blessing in 4-degree weather!), the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. I don't know London that well, so I can't speak to the location, but there are plenty of bus stops and metro stations nearby, and my friend and I easily traveled around the city. In terms of the area/neighborhood, it's not exactly picturesque, but I didn't dock any stars because that's hardly the hostess' fault. I just thought I would mention it, although I had absolutely no problem with it. I definitely recommend this place.

Theodoros was an amazing host, helped me with all my needs, had a cleaner refresh the flat for me, and the house is simply amazing. Really beautiful inside and out with some amazing art works on the walls! The house is close to some amazing parks and you can go anywhere with all the bus stops around! Perfect location for a nice rest but close to everything at the same time, definitely recommend!!

Had a lovely stay in Michael’s place. It’s spacious, clean and has everything you need for a stay. The bedroom is at the back of the property so this provided a peaceful sleep

Excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful, the broad range of related information provided pre stay was comprehensive. The apartment was uncluttered, clean and spacious with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The parking was secure and convenient, only a short walk from the apartment building. The close proximity to local cafes, restaurants and artisan shops simplified catering for a short stay whist providing different and interesting options for every meal. Public transport links are very good, bus, train and underground. looking forward to staying there again.
