The best stay we ever had! The house had everything we needed!

awesome location the 2 four year old nieces enjoyed the pool. we visited the Newport Aquarium and the Cincinnati Zoo from this location the location was far enough away from the city for peace and quite but close enough for an easy commute.

The place was very quaint & clean. We loved the small town feel & the restaurants were really good! The beds were comfortable & kitchen had all the stuff you needed for a great stay! We really enjoyed ourselves & look forward to staying again when we’re back in town.

Perfect family getaway. It was nice that each of our adult children could have their own room and none of them shared a wall with another. (We did not use the 6th room that connects and is over the garage). Plenty of areas for socializing separately. And it was so nice to have enough plates, bowls, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, etc that everyone who can stay in the house can cook and eat more than once before needing to do dishes!!! (This includes bath and pool towels). It was within 15 minutes of a Kroger and a Walmart for anything you may need. It was not quite as remote as it seemed to us in the pics and there were cats on the property that wanted attention. But neither of those would stop us from staying again. We really enjoyed the pool!

We had our family reunion at this place. Ages 1-90 enjoyed gathering at this property.

We had such a great stay at this beautiful home in the country! The hosts clearly communicated all the details of our stay and even left notes for us about the home and surrounding area, including activity/dining recommendations. We were made to feel like visiting family members with farm fresh eggs and muffins in the fridge when we arrived, and we even got a sweet visit from one of their fur babies. The landscape is beautifully scenic, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and the hosts are extremely responsive and thoughtful. Definitely recommend and hope to visit again some day.

Audra's place was beautiful!! The pool was awsome and everyone enjoyed it, along with the outdoor covered Grill. It was so peaceful and private for a family get away. We had 16 people of all ages and had enough room for us all to spread out and sleep comfortably. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to the area!!

My family and I have stayed at many AirBnBs. We all agreed this was by far the BEST one yet! Julie is extremely responsive and helpful! It was the perfect location for us (15 minutes from the Ark and 30 from the Creation Museum). The house was spotlessly clean, beautiful, so inviting and just completely stocked with every little thoughtful thing you could think of to make your stay great—tons of spices, basic cooking ingredients, fully stocked kitchen, s’mores basket, huge selection of tea, coffee and cocoa, blankets, beach towels, fishing gear, books (for kids and adults), games—you think “I wish we had…” it’s probably there!). The beds were SO COMFY, and my kids loved their bunks! We went on many kayaking adventures and fished daily right off the dock. We all loved the hot tub on the covered deck overlooking the river! It was so great that we added an extra day to our trip! The nice washer/dryer was a huge asset, as well! It really felt like home! Thank you, Julie! We will be back!

This was the perfect place for our two families to stay with the destination of The ARK Encounter/Creation Museum. It was very peaceful, beautiful view of the lake, amazing front porch to relax on. Would highly recommend this home to stay in. Rachael was extremely timely and helpful. Excellent customer service!

We had a great time and the accommodations were very comfortable. The house is well maintained and we had what we needed for our family which included our young children, my husband and I, the grandparents, and my sister in law. Overall, everything was great! Will provided a lot of staples in the kitchen which made mealtimes easier traveling with a family. It was a perfect location for visiting both the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum.

Great place! Very comfortable and has a fully equipped kitchen for meals. Located close to many restaurants and grocery store. Check in was easy. Stephanie communicated in a timely manner with answers to any questions that came up during our stay.

Beautiful location. Serene, peaceful, and relaxing. Host was helpful and very kind. We only stayed one night but we loved walking around the property and seeing the sunset. Bring bug spray if you plan to fully enjoy the outdoors though.

Lucia was so wonderful and accommodated an early check in after we drove all night. She communicated very thorough and quickly and had everything ready for us. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and there was also "just in case your forgot" boxes under the bathroom sink with a plethora of items like bandages, personal products, cotton balls, q-tips, and more. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking and plenty of coffee to keep you caffeinated. Cleaning supplies were available, so we could keep things tidy during our stay. Both bedrooms had very comfortable queen size beds, TVs, sound machines, and lamps to give it a feel like home. The upstairs tenants are friendly and quiet; we hardly noticed they were there. We are grateful for having a wonderful place to stay during our recent vacation and definitely recommend Lucia's place.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and the split level living areas was perfect for a getting ready location and easily able to accommodate our large bridal party. The natural light in the space is a show stopper. Everything was perfect!

This house was perfect for our plan to visit The Ark Encounter, which was right around the corner. We had two kids with us and there was plenty of space for them to play and be kids as well as plenty of space for them and the additional 4 adults to sleep and be completely comfortable. I enjoyed how proactive Brayden was to communicate with us. We had everything we needed and knew what to expect. The house is also extremely CLEAN. I wish my own home was this clean. I would definitely recommend a stay here, hands down.

My husband and I had a lovely time at Sunny Hill Cottage. It was off the beaten path and the deck is a great place to relax! I would recommend!

Made walking down it a little scary Waterfall shower head in the main bathroom Turning on the fan and lights in the master bedroom was confusing

Exceeded our expectations, we loved everything about this house. Was perfect for our family of 8. Eric’s communication was better than we’ve ever had in the past as well. Will definitely rent from him again.

Great house that is near restaurants and grocery. We loved it!

Was amazing stay, would highly recommend to anyone, especially a group that is looking for a lot to do while at the house. We did take a day trip on Saturday, we spent a lot of time Friday and Saturday evenings enjoying the space.

Off the beaten path, but easy to get to. There is so much do in this home as a family after a day full of events (hot tub, fire pit, and games).

Great home for large family or group of friends. Very accurately described and close to soo much to do in Cincinnati or NKY! Highly recommend and will use again if we are in the area!
