Our lovingly renovated apartment is located in the heart of the Southern Palatinate. In a house built in 1904, centrally located in Landau, 2 rooms, kitchenette, as well as a shower room await you. The apartment was newly renovated and refurbished in 2020. In the immediate vicinity are the market square, cafes, restaurants, shops for strolling and an e-bike rental at the neighbor. A parking space is in the immediate vicinity. Arrive, relax and enjoy the flair of the Southern Palatinate and nearby Alsace...

Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.
