The cottage is within a short distance to Pakington Street, Shannon Avenue, 5 min drive to the Waterfront, City, GMHBA Stadium and 8 min drive to the Spirit of Tasmania. Our beautiful villa Ella's Rest is nestled on a 7 acre property in a quiet pocket of Torquay. Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. The natural aesthetic creates a space that captures light and views from every room making it seamless from outside to in. A sheltered deck overlooking the dam and a north facing courtyard with outdoor dining, shower and firepit makes it truly hard to ever leave.

Cosy beach house with a gas log fireplace. The lounge room has a couple of comfy couches with a television, dvd player, chromecast and wifi. You will also find various games, puzzles and books. The dining area has a 6-person setting with a fully functioning kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms; one has a queen bed, the second a king single with trundle and the third a bunk (double with single bed). The bathroom has a shower over a bath with a separate toilet.
