Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Waller County

What a wonderful stay. We visited this home with another family, so we had 4 adults and 3 kids (all under 3 years old). The home was friendly for our littles, not too many breakables or unsafe items to worry about. We felt like there was plenty of space for all of us. The real highlight though was the scenery around the house. Pastures with flowers blooming full of goats, sheep, and a single donkey, pig, and turkey mixed in. Feeding the donkey was a favorite. They also had a chicken area with adult+baby chicks. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen, and it had everything we needed. We forgot to bring chicken bullion, and Nahida was kind enough to share some of hers. A couple notes that may be helpful for future visitors: Some of the doors stick a bit, and it was hard for our 3 year old to open them if they were closed all the way. The bathroom is only accessible through either of the bedrooms which was a bit tricky after we put the kids to bed having to sneak through.

I absolutely LOVED this place. My friends and family are still speaking of it. I spent my 38th birthday here for the weekend and it was by far the best spot. I’m glad I found this place in time. The airbnb was exactly as described, very clean and the host responded very quickly. Thank you for allowing me to use your property.

Me and my family had a nice great away. It was very relaxing. The house was big and roomy and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and we liked the big washroom. The sunsets were perfect. We will be back 🌆

Wow! What a beautiful home and property. This was the PERFECT location for our 5th annual teacher trip. We all agreed Shay’s place was the most beautiful home we’ve stayed at and would love to come back. It’s the perfect little getaway from the hustle and bustle but not too far out. We loved watching the deer grazing in the backyard & just being able to plop on the giant couch to relax. Shay was extremely communicative and responded quickly. We’re already planning our next stay!

I hosted a rehearsal dinner at Josie’s AirB&B. The house is beautiful, spacious and exactly like the pictures. She provided round tables, chairs, tablecloths, outdoor lighting, etc. everything I needed to host 43 guests for a lovely evening outside in the serene private setting. There was room for the group staying at the house (9adults,3kids) to spread out in the spacious 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Jenn and Jaron, were exceptional host. The log cabin was beautifully constructed and equipped with modern amenities. My family and I throughly enjoyed the fireplace, game room, pool, and fire pit. The s’mores station and coffee bar were popular with everyone. The grandkids are already looking forward our next trip. I personally found great joy in savoring my morning coffee in the peaceful natural surroundings; it was very relaxing. The location was also excellent.

This place was a little far away from Houston but was awesome for our group. The pool was awesome, the outdoor kitchen/hangout space is perfect. We spent a lot of time outside, but also used the jacuzzi tub in the master bath which was great! The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook. The beds were comfy. Just like other reviews there is no upstairs bathrooms so make sure whoever is staying upstairs is dexterous enough to get downstairs to use the bathroom at night. Overall it was a great stay at a great price and I’d definitely stay there again!!

Home is wonderful and Christopher was very responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful “farmhouse“ in the heart of bluebonnet country. Close to Bellville, and not far from Brenham, our stay at Ives Creek Organics was great! Carrie is a responsive, pleasant host. The cottage was clean, up-to-date, and inviting. I felt right at home immediately. Comfortable beds and sheets! Plenty of space in the great room. You’ll love the farm surroundings, vegetable and animal. Just a hop off the highway. Easy access and quiet surroundings, we also felt very secure. I’ll stay again if in the area, maybe even use the fire pit and patio.
