Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. There is free parking. The listed building from 1890 has been completely renovated. The apartment is on the first floor and is suitable for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. An open living and sleeping area are connected. The shower is at ground level. The upper town offers a variety of refreshment options.

Wir vemieten ein abgeschlossenes Apartment im Untergeschoß, bestehend aus einem Wohn-Schlafbereich ca. 24qm, einer Singleküche ca. 4qm und einem Bad ca. 3,5 qm.
