We had an amazing stay at this holiday house! The location is unbeatable, with just a short walk to what feels like your own private beach—truly breathtaking. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the pantry had everything we needed in terms of appliances, spices and condiments. It was also a lovely surprise to find amenities at the home for our dogs, which made the stay even more special. I loved Merelle’s stunning light filled and perfectly decorated mid century beach house and wish I could have stayed forever! It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay from the well equipped and stocked kitchen to the comfortable chairs in the sitting room around the fireplace , canoes /kayaks and beach chairs , washing machine/dryer and old hills hoist and outdoor setting as well as a functional yard for our dog. She has incredible style from the beautiful linen to the retro furnishings and is very eco friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with, responsive and friendly and very generous with early check in and late check out without even having to ask. And the area has so much to offer / so much to see and do on the Peninsula all within a half hour drive. I will be back for sure! Thank you Merelle 😁

We totally enjoyed our stay ! A lovely setting - private and peaceful with a short walk to Diamond bay beach! We loved the outdoor shower and balcony setting! Very comfy and clean but a small suggestion would be to provide recycling and compost bins! We'd love to return in the summer! Thanks for having us!

We stayed in Cape Patterson for 4 nights and 5 days. Kates home was so welcoming and well set up for our family. Everything was so clean and well presented. Kate always responded quickly and even went above and beyond to drop in a hair dryer which I had forgotten. we are already planning out next trip to visit the “ yellow house” as my son called it. Highly recommend this as your place to stay for your visit to Cape Paterson, thank you Kate we loved our family time at your home.
