Our nice little apartment is located in a beautiful green part of Mannheim in Niederfeld. You have the opportunity to take a walk in the forest, by the lake (Stollenwörthweiher) or along the Rhine. Since our tenant only needs the apartment a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor, which means there are 1 x 5 steps and 3 x 15 steps to manage. We have installed 3 ceiling fans at the moment the one in the living room is broken, This is a non-smoking apartment!!! There is a covered smoking area behind the house (garage number 3 on the right side of the yard) where you can also sit comfortably.
