This is a beautifully appointed house in a very quiet bit of the forest. At the end of a track, so no passing traffic and you can walk straight up the hill from the house and find signed routes. There are lots of nice, comfy spots in the house to sit and look at the forest. It felt much bigger than the photos show. The fittings and furnishings are comfy and seemed new. The kitchen has a good set of equipment and nice cutlery and crockery. There was also a generous amount useful store cupboard food, such as oils, spices, coffee and teas. A good place to explore the forest from.

I celebrated New Year with 3 friends at Veronica's cottage. Everything was nice and clean, the cottage was complete, and there was a nicely decorated Christmas tree for us. The area is beautiful, and it is very quiet. Perfect for a week to find peace close to nature. Restaurants and supermarket can be prepared with a car, but not super close. We stayed in winter, then there is quite little to do in the region. We were super satisfied, and it was perfect for us to read books for a week, play games, cook, nature in, and be cozy with each other.

We had a great time at Ebbo's house in Burg. Ebbo was always available for our questions and responded immediately if there were any questions. The small farm is beautiful to enjoy a wine from the wine cellar in the afternoon sun. All in all from check-in, stay to check-out, everything was smooth and we felt very comfortable in the house. It certainly wasn't the last time we get together here as a family.

A big thank you to Emilie and her father who were able to make us have a great stay thanks to their hospitality, kindness and thoughtfulness! Perfect place for relaxing and nice location to enjoy the hikes and nearby activities! It will also have been an opportunity to discover the Zazen meditation at the Buddhist Zen Temple of the village (by reservation)! We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything!!!

A real favorite for this place. We were warmly welcomed despite the language barrier. The accommodation is perfectly thought out and equipped, it is a real cocoon that we were delighted to find at the end of our hikes. The accommodation is also ideally located for access to great hikes for all levels (some within walking distance). We will be back!

We were in the Palatinate for a longer hiking weekend and were warmly welcomed by Sabine. We had a room with bed/table and a very large bathroom with sauna /lounge chair. That was a great surprise. On the last evening we also used the sauna and it worked perfectly. Sabine and her partner gave good tips for hiking huts and restaurants.

We enjoyed staying in the apartment as part of a weekend trip very much. The apartment offers a very special and actually unique interior. It was individually designed with great attention to detail with high-quality materials and extraordinary objects. The solid wood used for furniture and doors, especially the wooden floor, makes the apartment particularly cozy. The area is perfect for hiking, the infrastructure in the village leaves nothing missing.
