Our cozy, bright penthouse apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 min.University 15 min. Exhibition grounds approx. 7 min.

Beautiful, bright and sunny attic apartment in the middle of the "hotspot" of the Palatinate wine villages. 35 m2 attic studio, a newly laid beech solid wood floor, beautiful exposed beams and a really fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards. The house was built in 1828 and was completely renovated in 2018. In addition to the double bed, there is a new sofa bed (for 1-2 children), a small fridge, kettle and tea plus cups. NO KITCHEN available! The bathroom is BRAND NEW! (renovated in April 2022).

The region on the beautiful Southern Wine Route is also known as "Tuscany of Germany". In the middle of the Palatinate Forest, in the largest contiguous forest area in Germany. From here you can explore the beautiful landscape with its castles, rocks, viewpoints and huts.
