Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 sqm fenced forest property there is a lookout with a distant view of the Rhine valley, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. On this portal, we also offer our new "forest house with a dream view" for rent, also located in Burrweiler am Teufelsberg.

Really recommended! We would book again. We felt very comfortable due to the cleanliness and the loving and modern furnishings. The amenities left nothing to be desired. Sabine and her husband were very friendly and gave us good tips - on one tip we visited a restaurant in the village and were very satisfied.

We were consistently happy with the apartment and felt very comfortable right away. Very clean and cozy, nothing was missing! The quiet location and beautiful surroundings, overlooking the mountains while sitting comfortably on the terrace, are perfect for a few relaxing days in the Southern Palatinate to get away from everyday stress :). Communication with Ana was also super straightforward! We would definitely come back and recommend the apartment to everyone!

The house is in a quiet, beautiful area in the mountains. The satnav takes you right to it but doesn't tell you it's a one way road so pay attention to signage when leaving. Silke is very friendly, helpful and responsive. There are fliers for things to do in the area in the TV stand if you're looking for things to do locally. Anything you're looking for you'll find in cupboards or sheds, the storage is great. We had a great time, thank you Silke :)

Cozy attic apartment

Claudia is an extremely warm host. The apartment is located in a sleepy village surrounded by wooded hills. The apartment is very well equipped, all utensils are available for cooking (including salt, pepper, tea and some coffee as well as a coffee maker). The shutters make everything dark, it was clean, quiet and spacious. We felt very comfortable. Wine villages and great hikes in the Palatinate Forest are in the immediate vicinity. We can only highly recommend the apartment. Claudia was just incredibly nice and the tranquility and coziness of the place were balm for our soul! The beds were very comfortable and my snoring friend could (had to) switch to the extra mattress :D
