We discovered our cottage in the beautiful Westerwald by chance in 2019 – and immediately fell in love. Between March 2020 and August 2021, we transformed it with a lot of passion and attention to detail into a place where you can relax and recharge your batteries. For me – Janine, a trained hotel manager – it is particularly important to bring people closer to the small and large beauties of life: through time for themselves, with the family or simply in nature. Whether alone, as a couple or with children: our cottage invites you to switch off, feel, pause. A place to find yourself (again) – and to celebrate life.

If you are looking for peace, you will find it here! Our modern vacation home (85 m²) is located on the outer edge of the idyllic NRW gold village of Benroth, in the middle of the Bergisches Land (about 50 km east of Cologne). Surrounded by forest and meadow, nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers, mushroom and berry pickers will get their money's worth. An inspirational space for creative people! First rental in 2020 as a holiday home, in a historic courtyard ensemble. For 2 (max 4) guests, 56 m2 living space. The wooden house is suitable for families and friends with up to 10 adults. The accommodation is located between the "Maare" (volcanic lakes) in the Volcanic Eifel near the Nürburgring and offers: Sauna for 5 people, 2 winter gardens, one with a pop-up pool, outdoor wood heated hot tub, fire pit, play area, trampoline, fitness equipment in the house, table soccer, table tennis in the large double garage, Netflix, wallbox for electric cars. 2 baby travel cots and 2 high chairs are available.

The apartment is also ideally located for attending a concert at the Loreley open-air theatre.

Here, pure living has been transferred to the modern age.

Spend a nice time with friends, family or as a couple. The accommodation is comfortably equipped and very lovingly furnished. The green courtyard is also great. Pets are welcome upon request. The cozy ambience invites you to linger and is the ideal starting point for excursions. So you can explore the Maifeld, hike the dream paths, visit Eltz Castle, take part in a wine tasting on the Mosel or take a boat trip on the Rhine.

This unique half-timbered house in the heart of Rhöndorf can be booked by 2-6 people. You will only get all 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms if you book for 5 adults or more. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.

The property is located in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, with quick access to the forest. The room with bathroom is about 19 m² and has a workplace with good Wi-Fi connection. The bed has a lying surface of 140 x 200 m. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about 5 minutes' walk and the city center is about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.

Westerwald time out

"Time out" is the motto here and stands for a few relaxing days in our cozy wooden hut on the edge of the Holzbach Gorge, in the "Fohlenwiese vacation village." The surroundings offer hiking trails (directly on the Westerwaldsteig) as well as swimming lakes and vast forests that can be explored by bike... For absolute relaxation, we offer an infrared heat cabin for two people.
