We loved our stay here, I have only great things to say. The house was perfect for our group of 8. The access to the mountain and to town is super easy, and everything about the house is as good as it looks in the pictures. Dan/Holly had great communication leading up to and throughout our trip. I’d highly recommend staying here.

This charming home was an absolute gem, offering the perfect retreat for four parents on a ski weekend. Warm, cozy, and inviting, it provided every convenience we could possibly need—even an outdoor grill. The hot tub and outdoor space were especially delightful, with thoughtful touches like ski-themed benches and a fire table creating a welcoming ambiance. The addition of bathrobes for the hot tub was a lovely detail that made our stay even more special. Communicating with Dennis was seamless, and his hospitality stood out. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would undoubtedly return to this well-appointed and thoughtfully designed property!

This place is wonderful. We had such a great time with our guests. The house is very spacious and we loved the long dining table and flow to the kitchen as we cooked dinner at the house every evening. The fire place made it all feel super cozy and the hot tub helped it feel even more special. I would recommend this place to anyone exploring the Mad River Valley or skiing at Sugarbush (just a bit over a 10 min drive). I would love to come back in a different season.

Thank you , Susan for a wonderful stay! Your home was beautiful. Some of the things we loved were the overall comfort and coziness of your home, the porch and hot tub, we loved being able to walk down to the water and enjoy the unexpected warm weather this week. We cooked every meal but one and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for preparing and enjoying meals with family. The views of the lake from inside the house and the loft were so peaceful and enjoyed very much. A short trip to Hardwick to enjoy the shops and restaurants was wonderful too. Front Street Coffee was a star! The book store, gift shop and Cork and Fork were all wonderful places to visit. We stayed with two adults and four tweens and all had a wonderful time. We will likely visit again! Thank you!

This home was perfect for a group of well traveled skiers. I read some feedback about plowing but it was exactly what one would expect from an entire house rental. I live at a ski resort and the drive in was quite mild. The house was absolutely stylish in the VT chic way of things. There was room to be alone and a great room to chill when together. I've been a host for 20 years and I'm lucky I found this place for my group. Very responsive and attentive to our needs. Thank you for making our trip a success. Having a house close to eateries is key. We walked to Foundry and Garlic. Awesome and perfect for my group. If I wasn't a host myself I wouldn't have left feedback to keep others out of it so it is open for me.
