Our apartment is a 5 minute walk to the village of Howick where shops, banks, bars and restaurants can be found: the Saturday Market is very popular! 4 local beaches can be accessed with a 10 minute drive or public transport can take you to the ferry (to sail to the Auckland CBD )or bus into town. The apartment is well appointed and ideal for travellers or visiting family. Our apartment is quiet and private and is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families .

Digital TV, Netflix, Wifi, Heat Pump and all the mod cons. The large enclosed flat back yard with all day sun provides a great space for children. This safe, secure and comfortable suburban home is close to the new motorway link for easy access around the city, with Eden Park, New Lynn and the airport all easy to get to.

The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.

My place is close to Public transport 10 minute walk to Train Station. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighbourhood. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Also we do a deep clean between each guest with hospital grade disinfectant.

Grace was so accommodating with our request for a long term stay while we waited to move into our new home. Communication was excellent and the place had all the amenities of home. The location was a bit further out than we realized but it was was beautiful and peaceful. Would highly recommend to others

I travelled alone to visit the area which I am very fond of. Shona's husband John collected me from the station with a warm welcome, took me to a local supermarket, gave me a drive around the area to give me my bearings. Both John and Shona made me feel at home and I enjoyed every minute of my stay in their beautiful property. I will certainly stay with them again when I am next in the area.

All five stars fully deserved - most lovely place full of day light near to the Milford beach, fabulous view to the marina and the sea behind it, a short walk to Milford shops, a bus stop just a stone throw away - everything we had expected and much more. Stayed a good while and are looking forward to being back in the future. Our all time favorite!

Christine's place was ideal for us as we had family down the road. Very quiet, everything provided, loved the cereals and snack treats. Access to a lovely backyard with outdoor seating. Very clean and tidy with lovely linen. The separate lounge was a real bonus. Unusual entry through the garage, but that was very easy. Christine was excellent to communicate with and all instructions and advice were clear and easy to follow . Loved our 3 nights there and will stay again. Thanks Christine

Rented for guests from overseas who very much enjoyed their stay. Great location with beach one minute down Noel Ave. Very welcome hot outdoor shower for post beach visits. Upstairs loft style accommodation very comfy and welcoming. Shame previous guests may havefailed to notify management when gas bottles swapped over so ran out of gas for the stove on final day as both bottles seemed empty! Oven needed some love, but everything else very clean tidy and comfortable including beds. Thank you for a great stay.
