Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Waipa District

We loved our stay at Vicky's place and didn't want to leave!! Was exactly what we were after for our stay and so relaxing to retreat back there at the end of our busy day.

Wow, wow, wow ! Angela’s home has so much wow factor, the home is spacious, family friendly, the kids loved being able to feed their chickens and going to see and pat their horses . We were so lucky to wake up to the most outstanding uninterrupted scenic views of rolling hillsides every morning. Stepping outside to the infinity pool and outside area with pizza oven complete with comfortable seating was pure luxury. This home is like something out of a magazine, just beautiful. Angela was a fantastic host with great communication, she left clear instructions and was extremely helpful if we needed anything. I can highly recommend staying here.

Our family of 5 had a great stay here. Nice, private and peaceful place. Checkin was super easy and Jacob was helpful and gave clear instructions.

Great spot, quiet location yet within easy walking distance of the township. Was a nice touch to arrive to a nice fire burning after a busy day. Thoroughly recommend if you are looking for something with a nice comfortable homely feel, in or around Cambridge.

Chloe and Tom were a dream to deal with. Prompt, efficient and friendly. Their home is family friendly, warm and cosy. The location is ideal for any Tamahere/ Matangi commitments. Will stay again hopefully if needing accommodation for 10! Thankyou so much 💓

We had a fantastic stay at Brenton's place! It is beautifully styled and has everything you need at the same time. The linens and towels are all high quality, with a comfy bed. The sauna was a real treat! The place was super clean on arrival too, right down to the leaves in the backyard being cleared. Location is good with close proximity to the MADE shops and Hamilton Gardens, both of which we really enjoyed. Added bonus is the cat Whiskey, super friendly and affectionate but has her own space to go of a nighttime so you can interact with her as much or little as you like. Overall a great stay.

Our stay at this incredible retreat was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the modern design, incredible spaciousness, and overall warmth of the home. It is impeccably kept, beautifully designed, and stocked with every amenity we could possibly need—truly a home away from home. Visiting many beautiful places in New Zealand, simply spending time in this home became a massive highlight of our trip. Whether we were enjoying breakfast on the patio or taking a dip in the pool, every moment felt like a five star retreat. The surrounding area is breathtaking, with lush greenery, rolling hills, and peaceful views. It feels like a true escape however it is just a short drive from the city, shopping, and freeway making it the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Our hostess Tracy was an absolute gem—so welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care. We will absolutely be back!

We had an amazing weekend getaway at Andrew’s place. It had great views and we loved that it was a very private property. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor amenities such as the spa pool, firepit the BBQ. The host was also very responsive and we had no issues during our stay. Thank you Andrew
