Villa vacation rentals in Waipa District

Great one night stay. Felt like a home away from home. Wonderful bed, no road noise so awesome sleep. Nadine is super lovely and her very friendly pets added to the charm. Thanks for the cups of tea, warmed croissants and plenty of chats.

We had a huge week looking after a school group while staying at Jacqui's place and the only negative was that we could not spend more time at her place around the pool or enjoying the incredible grounds

The house was beautiful with absolutely everything you could want. Perfect for our activities including day trips to Rotorua and Hobbiton. Yvonne was very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend her house!

I didn't attend but I did the booking for a Secondary Schools Golf Team, who thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

Thanks for a great stay! Jay was incredibly helpful and responsive with anything we needed, including quickly bringing us a fan to help cool down a room. The neighborhood was great, a short drive from the city and grocery shopping and nice park nearby. Place was clean and had pretty much everything we needed.

Carol-Ann was a wonderful host to me and my partner. The property is beautiful, lovely gardens and super cool house. We felt very welcome there and made great friends with her cat. There is also a nice view of the hills from the house, Maungatautari etc. Very close to cambridge, and all its cafes, and Carol-Ann prepared us breakfast every morning with her home made bread. Thank you Carol-Ann for a wonderful stay!

This is an amazing place to stay. The house is modern, clean and reasonably well equipped. Les and Karina were gracious and friendly hosts and were happy to share stories about their amazing property and the area surrounding it. This was a stay that we will remember and will use as a benchmark in many ways.

Steve and Toni were fabulous hosts and very welcoming. With the room Being part of their home the kitchen and other shared facilities were made available and they were very gracious hosts. Would stay there again!

The property is beautifully presented, in a very quiet and picture perfect location. We had a wonderful time, and surprised ourselves with the good rest we all had. The living space and outdoor area are massive, and it is a very perfect location for a weekend away.
