Situated in a quiet location next to a park, on the banks of a river, this property is suited equally to a family or a group of 6 friends . It is located within an easy walk to the shops, beaches & many cafes & bars. Kaiti Hill & the cycle way are also within easy access for those keen to exercise. We live in a separate house on the same property but even though we share a driveway & front lawn both houses enjoy a high degree of privacy. *Please note there is unrestricted access to the river*

Enjoy the majestic sunrises appearing over the eastern horizon and the magnificent sheep studded hills to the west. A few minutes walk to the local cafe & beach store and 6 minutes drive to the Gisborne city centre . Sorry PETS are NOT welcome. Our spa is currently not working.
