Vacation rentals with a patio in Waikato District

We really enjoyed our stay again. The apartment was clean, tidy and has a great layout - its very spacious and comfortable. The decor is nice too. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Te Awamutu. We heard some music from nearby bars on Saturday night, but it stopped by midnight and didn't bother us too much. Lynne and John were excellent hosts again, friendly and easy to deal with. We'd definitely stay here again!

Superb stay. Stunning cottage and absolutely immaculate. Wayne and Kim were so helpful to accommodate us (including our 19 year old daughter who decided to join us at the last minute)! We feel lucky to have found this stay and extremely grateful. Location is fantastic - right beside the lake and an easy walk into town centre.

Lovely spot - excellent location to Claudelands Area for our Summer concert !! Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

We stayed at Jackie’s place as part of a road trip. Despite MY poor communication on the day of check-in, Jackie was very professional and responsive and made a breeze. Carpark is very secure, as is the elevator to get to the apartment floor. The apartment building is very central to amazing restaurants and is a very walkable 20-25mins to FMG Stadium, where we watched the Chiefs play the Highlanders (great environment and local crowd energy!!). Hamilton is renowned for gorgeous gardens and we also made the most of our time there as well. I highly recommend this place as a way to explore Hamilton and surrounds and if available would stay again.

We loved our stay at Gabrielle’s house and spent peaceful two days here. Our kids were happy to have the beach right in front of the garden. The view from the house & beach is wonderful. The house is modern, clean and you will find everything you need. Gabrielle is a great host, quickly available for questions and very helpful. We highly recommend this place.

Everything was comfortable and clean, the apartment was easy to find, it was the perfect spot to have a quiet night before travelling home. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was immaculate, great location in the middle of hamilton. Had everything we needed as a family of 4, we weren't around much as we were visiting friends but it was warm, clean and comfortable, definitely recommend if travelling to hamilton!

Absolutely loved our stay, it’s a very big warm house with an amazing view of the ocean from the deck. We had plenty of space and felt right at home. Would definitely book again.

Belinda’s place was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The location was excellent for easy access to the wharf and the village. Beautiful views off the deck!

We were there for a local basketball tournament for our young boys. Great place to stay for a few families. Spacious, plenty to keep us all occupied. Clean/tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Sabrina was very flexible with check-in time ,and the house met our needs entirely.

For me the ideal place to stay during my trip: new, bright, clean, well-maintained, good and secure parking and good connections in all directions.

Fabulous traditional Bach, light, airy and spacious. Lovely to sit on the deck in the morning and watch the sunrise. Walking distance to Raglan….. lots of great places for a coffee or food. Nice walk from the house along the estuary at low tide. Thank you for another lovely stay.

Sarah’s place is very modern clean and comfortable. Great communication and friendly flexibility. Very easy access with key code pad. Beds are very comfortable. Master up and two others downstairs which works well. Apartment Is well equipped. Max two car parking. Be aware driveway is hard to spot when you first arrive and is on a fast bend otherwise good location.

This home is absolutely stunning and came fully equipped with all the essential amenities we needed. The space was ideal for our whanau, providing both comfort and practicality. Everything was immaculate, with a sparkling clean finish that made our stay even more enjoyable. Huge thanks to Craig!

Had a great stay at Aleanna’s place. Good place to stay for one night. Not far from shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. It is located close to the train line but this didn’t bother me.

The accommodation is 11/10 with a 6 star rating for everything one needs for an escape. Modern, minimalist really private in a bustling area. We loved our stay and will return again. Thanks to Denise. Excellent comms and a few personal touches.

Denise was welcoming and a good communicator before and during our stay. The weather was against us but we enjoyed the comfortable, well positioned apartment.

Easy to locate and access. Very clean and well set out. The kitchen provided a selection of appliances and everything you needed for this space. Comfortable lounge furniture to relax while catching up. Primo sized bedrooms, one with a onsuite and 2nd bathroom was great. The bedroom with single beds did not have any towel or flannel, borrowed one from room next door. The trains seemed to be busy throughout the night, otherwise perfect for the 3 of us overnight, thank you Aleanna this apartment is well kept and presented. Ngā mihi - Teresa
