Comfortable, self contained apartment with fast reliable wifi. Well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom/laundry. A Heat Pump/Air Con is provided. The 44 square metre apartment is on the ground floor of a 2 storied home. We live upstairs. There is minimal noise as the house is concrete/brick construction. Plenty of space for a couple or single guest. Great for families/groups up to 3 guests for short stays. Guests may have visitors but we are not a party venue. You have your own private access.

A 15-20 minute walk to all that Cambridge has to offer, cafes, supermarkets, shops, walking and cycling tracks plus Lake Te Koo Utu. Pets strictly by prior arrangement only.
