I had an wonderful stay at Ahmed's Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The place was exactly as described - clean, cozy, and perfectly located. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I required. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was amazing! I also appreciated the little touches, such as [mention any extra amenities or thoughtful gestures]. Boutique Royal Villa @ Prime location

Highly recommend this place to any individual/family wanting to book. Extremely clean and tidy villa with privacy which was perfect for our family. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms were very clean. All the bedsheets and towels were fresh and dry cleaned. Overall the house is very well furnished and maintained. The host was extremely cooperative and friendly, they ensured our stay was comfortable. Special mention to safdar bhai the helper, who helped us with our 7 bags and was always there for any little help. Please dont hesitate to book this place as you won’t regret it at all.

Luxury living in F-11 islamabad

Had an excellent stay at Ayesha’s place, and I can confidently say it was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The portion was exactly as described, if not better. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable. It’s situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, but still close to all the major attractions. What truly set this stay apart, though, was Ayesha’s hospitality. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Any issues were promptly resolved as communication was always prompt and friendly, and I really appreciated the personal touch. Overall, I had an outstanding experience and would highly recommend Ayesha’s place to anyone visiting Islamabad. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

It was a great experience, the place is very nice, all basic utilities were available. this place is just few steps away from mini market and on walking distance to the markaz. The host is flexible with check in and outs. The care taker Rizwan was very well-mannered and he responded quickly. Highly recommended. 👍

The space was larger than I realized and included a dining room that is not pictured in the listing. One highlight for our family was the large park with walking path across the street. We would definitely return and could recommend Ibrahim's home to anyone.

We stayed at Khayam’s place for 6 days to attend a wedding near by. Khayam was always responsive and extremely helpful before and during our stay. We had some minor challenges with the quality of amenities, utensils and house keeping however Khayam went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and did everything he can to rectify all minor challenges. He was gracious to allow us early checkin and flexible checkout to align with our flight schedule. The house is located close to margala hills and the view of the mountains from the roof top is very relaxing at sunrise and sunset. It was convenient to us as our wedding function was in E11. It is a new sector half built and is a little far from main Islamabad sectors such as F or blue area. Main roads are built and traffic is minimal so the drive into town is not bad. Over all khayam ensured our stay was comfortable and he is truly a 5 star host focused on customer satisfaction, we loved that the most about our stay.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in so far. Each room had its own bathroom and there’s a park very close by. The location is safe and beautiful. It was spacious and there was a pool table. We honestly spent a lot of time playing pool. The host was very responsive and makes you feel at home. Overall, will definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay there with my family. The location was excellent, and the host was incredibly cooperative. Omar was always available whenever we needed help and went out of his way to assist us. The convenience of the location saved us a lot of time, as everything we needed was just a 5-minute walk away—whether it was food or shopping, we didn't have to go anywhere else. If I visit Pakistan again, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I would highly recommend Zeeshan's place for few reasons. 1. He maintained a great standard for people who are from outside of Pakistan. 2. Great view from terrace. 3. Very Spacious Rooms. 4. Felt very safe staying here. 5. He left a lot of fruits and Snacks for us on our Arrival which made it more welcoming. 6. My daughters felt like home. There was no complaints from them at all.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly roomy and perfect for our group. It was pleasure to stay at Hashim’s place. We were flying in with family and checked in around 3 am. Host was available around the clock with team of handymen. Place is safe for families. Market and restaurants are nearby. Bathrooms can get some renovations but still fulfill requirements. No issues with electricity, water or air conditioning. Overall very good deal.
