The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. Nice, bright and quiet attic apartment

The upper floor belongs completely to you. There is enough parking space behind the house and parking for motorbikes and bicycles also. The garden in front of and behind the house may be used with pleasure. Our house is in a quiet side street. Nearby is a Rewe - open until 9pm. Directly in front of the house runs the Hochwald bike path and lots of hiking trails. Brochures about the variety of leisure activities are out. The apartment is flooded with light and is located on the 1st floor.

The Fellerhof on the Fellerberg is far away from street noise and stress. Here you can enjoy nature, relaxation and tranquility. There are beautiful hiking opportunities nearby. Some paths lead just a few meters past the farm, such as the Schiefer-Wackenweg.
