Vacation rentals in Wachusett Reservoir

We could not have found a better place to stay while having renovations done at our own home. We packed up our gaggle of golden retrievers and one beagle and felt welcomed the moment we stepped into the house. There were treats for the dogs, blankets to put on the couch, verrrry comfortable twin-sized memory foam dog beds and endless amounts of toys for our pups to enjoy. There was also a treat station as well as lickit mats and doggie painting to keep these retrievers happy and busy. This house is so dog friendly. It’s a perfect balance of a beautiful home for the humans that is also perfect for the dogs. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen large and well-stocked with necessities, such as paper towels, dish soap, dishes, pots and pans and that stove…. Beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and cozy. If the dogs hadn’t wanted to get up so early, we may have slept part of the day away. Having the availability to do laundry was also very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Frank went above and beyond to communicate check-in instructions, rules of the Air BnB, had all the thoughtful amenities for a slumbo! Definitely an ideal location for nicer weather with the location! Unfortunately the weather hindered the ability to fully enjoy this experience with the water so close! Would book again with better weather!!!

Really liked the ocation right on the water and great size for us (two adults and 2 kids under 10). It was a quick trip and didnt spend as much time in Tyler's place as we wanted (since we were diving around a bunch visiting family and friends). But would certainly stay again next time we visit the area.

I stayed here this past Friday and I have to say the place was amazing! The host goes above and beyond from having a bin with toiletries to use, to being very easy to communicate with. The place is exactly as they describe it and I intend to stay here again someday. If you’re questioning if you should book or not, stop right there and just book it. I can only imagine how amazing the place must be during the summer.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ryan’s place! The home was beautiful, spacious, and pristine—just like the photos. Ryan was a wonderful host from booking to check-out, making everything easy and welcoming. We especially loved the location, with the beach and great local restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

We traveled up from Florida to visit family in RI & MA for Thanksgiving and stayed in the lake house. After a very long drive, it was so lovely checking in to a bright, clean, peaceful house. Everything is brand new and well appointed. Jolene was so responsive on the week leading up, flexible with our arrival time and had great local recommendations. After we arrived she stopped by with flowers to welcome us. We lived in Rhode Island for 40 years and I had never been to that area of the state before! While it feels like a peaceful retreat, the little village center is about 2 miles away and has grocery, cvs, Dunkins, and a brewery among other things. We also drove a few minutes further to one of the oldest country stores in America. The fire pit was fun for the kids to make s’mores and we enjoyed playing all of the games every night. It was a great Airbnb stay and we will definitely be back again to enjoy it in the warmer weather!

Todd was so great to work with. Extremely responsive and helpful! His place was so cute, very clean and very well appointed. It has everything you could ever need and very organized. We rented it to ski at Wachusetts and it was great location( only 15 mins away). We would rent again. Thank you!

My sister and I spent a few relaxing days at Shannon's home. We had a wonderful time! It's in a great location- close enough to town to see the sights and go to restaurants, but also far enough away to be so peaceful and private. We booked it because we love being near water, and the house didn't disappoint. We loved the view. It was a bit windy and cool while we were there, but we were able to sit outside several times by the lake and use the fire pit. We also enjoyed watching and listening to the many birds around the house. The house itself was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. We were happy to meet Shannon when we checked in. She answered questions we had and made recommendations based on our conversation. Thanks Shannon for having us, and we would love to come back sometime to your lovely home! Highly recommend!!
