The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Surrounded by green areas overlooking the Siebengebirge & the Petersberg - yet close to the city & the Rhine for walking and sunbathing. During your stay, you should not want for anything. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

Our small apartment is located in our newly built house in a fantastic location in Bonn Oberkassel - right by the forest and approx. 10 minutes' walk to the Rhine. Everything is new and modern but with a high degree of coziness. The room has all the things you need as a traveler. Our small kitchen is designed for a quick meal in the evening without a stove. We offer you a daily dishwashing service. The lounge in front of your entrance makes your stay perfect.

Minimum stay: 3 days, on request if necessary 2 days in the winter months.

There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Thanks to the good connection to public transport, Bonn and the Rhineland can be reached quickly - ideal for both leisure activities and business trips.

Our "small apartment" offers a cozy and stylish overnight stay for up to two people. Here you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the wonderful view of the Drachenfels from the dining table. The bathroom is located one staircase below. There is a spacious waterfall shower here. The "highlight" of the Gründerzeit villa, our large garden with old trees invites you to linger and relax.

The house is quietly located, nice walks and hikes in the Siebengebirge or to the Rhine are possible directly from the house.
