A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

The price includes the accommodation tax required by the city of Bonn at 7% (always more expensive...) = tourism tax.

The apartment is about 30 square meters. It is located on the first floor, has its own entrance and a door to the garden. In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.
