Wonderful and cozy cottage, close to the beach

Our Strandlopertje has been for rent since April 2020. The cottage has a nice spot: on a well maintained park, right between Midsland and the North Sea in, and with a beautiful view over the meadows. Because it is at the edge of the park, there is a lot of privacy. Two free bicycles are included in the rental of the house, of course use of this is at your own risk. Bed linen is included, towels and kitchen linen are available for rent. Charging stations are present at the park.

Newly placed chalet in October ‘22

Reviews for Oct ‘22 are from the ‘old’ stay. Chalet has been newly installed in October 2022. The chalet is located in a fantastic place on beautiful Terschelling. The accommodation is located at the Eldorado holiday park. The park has a convenient location (10 min biking to the harbor and you cycle straight to the beach). The chalet has four beds and 2 bedrooms. As shown in the photo, it is extremely suitable for children. You are behind the forest and close to the dune lake.

A dining area features a light wooden table surrounded by chairs. A yellow accent wall complements the space, while black geometric pendant lights hang overhead. A small vase with flowers is placed on the table, adding a touch of nature. An outdoor view is visible through the glass door.

Buitenhuis, sustainable design chalet in Terschelling

Our love for nature can be found in the design of this sustainable chalet. You don't lack anything; simplicity and comfort go hand in hand. Despite the limited space, it is wonderful to stay here, everything is available for a relaxing stay. The cottage has a lovely spacious terrace and lawn located on the south. There is a nice sitting area with a view of a fantastic outdoor fireplace with pizza oven! In school holidays can only be rented per week with arrival on Fridays!

Cozy, well maintained, fully furnished chalet with spacious private garden and terrace. The chalet is within walking distance of the beautiful beach, which is ideal for various water sports. A boulevard with shops and restaurants for a snack/drink and enjoy the view of the IJsselmeer. Within walking distance a supermarket, various playgrounds and a petting zoo. Friesland, Makkum, the beach, the IJsselmeer give the ultimate holiday feeling for couples or families!

La Hamaca - lovely mobile home on Terschelling

La Hamaca (The Hammock) is a lovely place on Terschelling, right next to the forest. You can cycle to the cozy village of West-Terschelling in 10 minutes and cycle straight to the beach. Very suitable for small families but also for couples - and even if you want to enjoy the tranquility all alone. You have all the space to yourself and are close to the village, the forest, the dune lake and the beach. The path to the Wadden Sea even starts opposite the campsite.

Chalet WadRust (built in 2021) is centrally located on Terschelling at camping Veldzicht (pitch number 80). The chalet is atmospheric and fully furnished: equipped with central heating, dishwasher, combi-microwave, 2p bed of 160x200 cm and two 1p beds of 80x200 cm. Outside, you can sit comfortably on the terrace. The chalet is non-smoking and pet-free. At an additional cost, you can rent bed, bath and kitchen linen and/or outsource the final cleaning.

Very complete house in a beautiful area. Everything was available. The home has a large garden. Located close to Midsland with all the amenities and close to the beach.

What a super cozy and cozy chalet. Very nicely decorated and a beautiful location by the water. Renting a sloop is a fantastic naturalness in Friesland, but we have also enjoyed the cycling routes and the crossing with the many ferries. I'd love to come back!!!

Quiet vacation park with lots of privacy around the chalet. Bikes without gears are absolutely sufficient to explore the island. The accommodation is easily accessible and everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. Communication with the host was quick and good. We were very satisfied, I would recommend this chalet.

Get a breath of fresh air on Terschilling. Midsland Noord is beautifully centrally located on the island, between mudflats and sea. Great, we felt at home in this clean, complete, practical and cozy chalet and garden. Recommended!!

Lovely chalet equipped with all the comforts. Also in terms of extra activities such as table tennis and badminton sets or a cupboard full of games and puzzles. Outside a big table and a lovely lounge set with even a private jetty. It all felt like new and a very nice host. Got good tips. Top location, top accommodation and a top stay!

We really enjoyed the days at the lake at El's. The communication was great and she was very friendly, flexible, fast and binding. We will be happy to come back.

Very cozy beach atmosphere in the caravan!! Plenty of places inside and outside for 6 adults. Sleeping is tight for 6 large adults, the bunk beds are small. The sofa can serve as a bed, with tall adults that can offer a solution. Fantastic bicycles to borrow and all the attributes available for a wonderfully relaxed stay. Initial supplies and cleaning products are also available.

We were only there for a weekend and the place was perfect for it. Everything very clean and cozy furnishings. The terrace was also very inviting, unfortunately we could not use it due to the rain. The landlord was super friendly and also very helpful with flexible arrival. All in all, we were very please. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful week as a family with teen and dog in nice weather in Makkum. With the tasteful furnishings, the beautiful colors of the house and the nice garden with terrace, we all felt very comfortable right away. The campsite also met us with its good infrastructure and beautiful location. With the house you were in the middle of it and yet private. Fleur was always easily accessible and very nice in communication! The restaurant tips were great too! Thanks for the nice time, we will be happy to come back!
